Would you go on the Timcast IRL podcast if invited?
When 2 or more police get together to talk shop? They are conspiring to deprive rights. That's a crime. On top of all the other crimes.
The proper response to are you a sovereign citizen is.
I am not nor have ever been part of a military that pretends to be law enforcement.
Do I / we have a 5th Amendment right against self incrimination? Yes, Then why would I provide document to police claiming a Legal Fiction status of "person"? As a man, I am among the living, as a person I am Legally DEAD. As a Person / Corpse / Ward of the State... I have no Rights. Men have rights, Dead Bodies have no rights.
Civil rights in Admiralty law...???
They're trained to believe citizens are the enemy. This is beyond insane.
Even ones in their own house minding their own business!
We are the enemy, because they're ours.
Being a former Cop, I can say you're not wrong.
It's because the get the cops all worked up like soldiers operating in a foreign wartorn land 🤦🏻♂️ they would rather treat everyone as a criminal.
The real issue is how can a few months of training teach you the citizens are the enemy......the reality is common folks can't handle having authority over people it happens in alot of workplaces
Can you imagine being offered a job where you are told that you can lie as much as you want with no consequences and, in fact, you are encouraged to do so? How can you live with yourself?
Law Enforcement then Politician… Same game different name. Be Safe out there.
A sociopath has a particular skill set to thrive as a dirty tyrant cop. The bottleneck in the dynamic is the IQ level of the individual. Most criminals... er... dirty cops are stymied because they are nitwits.
Prin - How can he live with himself ? I bet he runs a huge "I am a hero/victim" narrative. So the public is the "NOT hero/ NOT victim" bad guys.
That self-scam deception is also fueled by a huge paycheck and inherent psychological aberrations. your thoughts ?
Lying as much as you want with no consequences wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for the fact that these people can change the course of your life on a whim, them simply being in a bad mood might mean you spent 2 years in and out of courts. It's like medical professionals being allowed to lie, being allowed to make up diagnoses to profit from the unneeded surgeries.
The job attracts the bullies and cowards we all had to deal with all through high school. Now they have a badge and gun. Live with themselves? They love this shit.
If he truly smelt alcohol he would not have let him go. That is a dangerous lying dirty cop!
I'm 61 and learned through life experience two vocations that attract narcissists, sociopaths and psychopaths are law enforcement and the clergy because they create a facade of virtue, moral and legal authority that calculating evil doers can hide behind to lure victims in. They're also both fraternal organizations immune from laws that apply to everyone else that circle the wagons to protect each other when anyone is exposed for wrong doing. These type of police officers derive sadistic pleasure from domination and passively aggressively inflicting harm on anyone who challenges their authority be it with a false arrest, planting drugs or even murder and they often have a history of domestic violence too.
Priests are the absolute worst. I'd rather have a police officer baby-sit my kid, that is FOR SURE. You know what I'm talking about.
Doctors and teachers as well. Any profession where there's an imbalance of power and you will have an imbalance of narcissists and sociopaths.

Everytime a tyrant gets caught on video there is one hundred that were not caught.
We had one deputy in FL admit that she was a tyrant, still has a job.
@@frankney8284 It's actually worse than that and people aren't talking about it. She arrested him, at the direction of her supervisor, for interference for verbally arguing and asking for their badge numbers. The law he was arrested under is 843.02
"Resisting officer without violence to his or her person.-Whoever shall resist, obstruct, or oppose any officer ...in the execution of legal process or in the lawful execution of any legal duty, without offering or doing violence to the person of the officer, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree"
That was ruled unconstitutional back in 1987 in City of Houston v. Hill by the Supreme Court.
Houston police had arrested Raymond Wayne Hill for yelling “Why don’t you pick on somebody your own size?” when a police officer arrested a friend of his.
The police then arrested Hill for violating an ordinance determining that “It shall be unlawful for any person to assault, strike or in any manner oppose, molest, abuse or interrupt any policeman in the execution of his duty, or any person summoned to aid in making an arrest.”
Justice William J. Brennan Jr., who authored the Court’s opinion, wrote that “the First Amendment protects a significant amount of verbal criticism and challenge directed at police officers.”
He added that the “freedom of individuals verbally to oppose or challenge police action without thereby risking arrest is one of the principal characteristics by which we distinguish a free nation from a police state.”
The Supreme Court invalidated the ordinance by an 8-1 vote.
They don't want people to realize that 843.02 is unlawful, so they gave the officers a token two day and 7 day suspension for "Policy violations". No mention of the fact that they committed felonies when they unlawfully arrested him.
@@frankney8284 I saw one that admitted on camera she was a tyrant the proved it by illegally arresting an man with visual impairment.

Mad props to that citizen. He didn't give that bully an inch. A++.
bloused boots and tactical vest is an indicator of how the officer views himself. He thinks he is a commando and the citizen is the enemy (who shall be defeated!)
Yup. Dude thinks and behaves like he’s a superior in the military and all citizens are new recruits he gets to have his way with.
If a cops asks are you a sovereign citizen the best answer I've ever heard was "no I'm not a police officer" .
I heard that one also
🤣that's funny😂
I would say, "I'm a citizen of a sovereign nation that affords me many civil rights, some of which you are attempting to violate."
"Officer, my politics are mine own damned business and I see no need to discuss them with the likes of YOU."
It’s amazing how the investigating officer is basically trying to coach him on how to lie to help with the cover up. Now I ask… who are the real criminals here?!
easy answer
Our entire system now!
Cops are the biggest criminals but they have guns
He’s not wrong though. People wrongfully incriminate themselves all the time. The attorney points it out.
@@thopkins2271 Right, it's the same advice the cops give to everyone they are investigating.
Thank you for your great work! I grew up in a small town where the police, per capita, was out of proportion, and I have thus seen first hand what happens when the most uneducated and bored amongst us get ten cents of authority. While they are not all bad, and not all corrupt, a large enough number of them are, and even one is too many.
Great video! The officer, (Haberman?), was a study in stereotypical paremilitary combat garb. The combat boots, low slung quick draw pistol, and last but not least, the prancing around in a nervous and authoritarian need for being obstinate enough to get the victim angry enough to commit some infraction that would get him arrested. Kudos, for the victim to maintain civility and insist on a supervisor to come to his rescue. There is a chain of command in the police, and it’s weak link in an individual cop taking the law in their own hands and instituting, “punishment,” or just escalation of fines and charges. Also, this is a lesson in the subjective accusations of smelling something illegal. Weed, and alcohol, was the go to escalation tactic of most cops. The best thing, is to imidiatly put them on the defensive and ask them, “Why am I being pulled over?” And, after that, “Am I free to go?"
If you followed any cop around long enough you would 100% find them abusing their authority...
It why lots of cops think everyone is a criminal because it's a self projection!
Not defending corrupt police at all but if you followed anyone long enough they’d break a traffic law, if you audited everyone you could find they all broke a tax law etc etc. If you don’t realize there’s a % of police policing by the book you need to get out more. Respectfully.
@@JerseyJersey100 that's the point.... The book is broken and designed solely to rob you of your time, money and freedom, possibly even your life depending on how that officer feels at that moment. They enforce a corrupt system therefore by default making them corrupt.....

The guy clearly had his seat belt on you could see him unlatching it. What does Officer Makethingsup try to do, "Did you have your seat belt on?" He knows the guy was legal about the seat belt. This cop is a liar and clearly has no problem being recorded inventing things. He's a liability wherever he works. Any testimony he gives under oath or in court is suspect.
A grown adult should not have to wear a seat belt anyway. It only puts his life in danger and that's his right. My buddy Tim almost burnt to death due to being trapped by his seat belt and will never put one on again, but he can be fined for that in his state.

@@tanucci733 Def, I always wear my seat belt, but it should be a choice
I suspect the officer was trying to get the guy to incriminate himself. Most people tend to agree with anything police say, so police like to use this tactic to trick the victim into believing they deserve this.
Pretty damning when a supervisor shows up and immediately states the wind is blowing and thus can't tell if he smells alcohol.
Proven to be a liar right in his face and he doesn't even flinch. Police really have no shame in their corruption and abuse of power.
Times like this bodycams are priceless because they show the same thing time after time. The truth!
Officer Friendly Eyes wanted to beat that drivers ass right in front of his supervisor.
Friendly eyes seems to be a menace to the law abiding community, and waiting for part 3 would cause anxiety for many.
It's so bizarre that the majority of humans will act "better" if they know they are being filmed but it is totally the opposite for police. It is almost like a kid with candy. They just go nuts and can't control themselves. It is beyond me that they don't require PD's to watch auditor channels.

@@thenoneckpeoplerepresentat8074 Here in NYC, we lost a lot of great, old school cops recently, and we just got a whole ton of new "good Ole gals", recently graduated (somehow) from the police academy, I imagine. They're totally out of their element, they get zero respect from the criminals, and more than half of them are lumpy and out of shape.
I've experienced them myself but I've also heard from other's experiences with our new "stunning and brave" female recruits.
They go out of their way to be extra aggressive to law abiding citizens who respect the rule of law, because they know we're not going to flip out or go crazy on them.
So not only are they ineffective against real criminals, they are a nuisance to respectable, law abiding citizens. They're an embarrassment and a failure in every way.
@@Tony_Cardoza I know how hard, at times, being a Police Officer is, as I served with a University Police force for 2 years. Every person on that big campus was somebody's 'baby'. Prior to that service, and after as well, I was wholey unimpressed with Bad Heavy Police, of either sex. I got trained by an old Sargent, like the kind you mentioned, which, along with good upbringing by my parents, stressed to 'never get to full of yourself'. Most of the women Officers I've been in contact with, as a civy and as an Officer, can't seem to understand that (maybe this can be said of all Officers, regardless of sex), I'm a normal looking WASP, and 6'4", but had women Officers approach seemingly to just force me off the 3X3 place I am standing. I nearly got arrested once for just stating, "what do you want?" I wasn't being approached to be asked for date either -- it was always like South Park's episode of "respect my authority!"
Seeing those two officers together it looks like a Gestapo storm trooper meeting a business man, night and day.
Yeah, that was a true fishing expedition. First it was the tag, then it was alcohol, then he asked if he had on his seat belt. That cop needs to be fired.
It takes a lot to surprise me when it comes to malpolicing these days. This obvious loose cannon remaining in law enforcement surprises me. His violence is escalating. He’s going to get someone killed if he hasn’t already.

Same thing happened to me once in MO. I was on my way to class at the local community college. Those pigs searched for an hour and came up with absolutely nothing. It was like they couldn't believe they didn't get to take me to jail and it pissed them off. Even claimed they had never heard of the college, which I think is simply impossible. They weren't even able to write a ticket because I didn't break any laws. Remember when the police do their evaluation for recruits they're not doing evaluations for responsible citizens. They're doing evaluations for someone that wants to be a cop. There's a fine line between criminal and cop.
I guess one of the immediate changes that we need to have in this country is that one police officers word alone should not be enough to incarcerate someone.
It's not. Fortunately/Unfortunately our legal system operates under "good faith", the Courts (Judicial), rely upon the Adminastrative (Executive) Branch to enforce laws the Legislative (State Congress/US Congress) Branches pass. The counter balance is that all Persons living in the U.S. are presumed Innocent until Proven guilty, beyond a reasonable doubt. (Reasonableness is argueable)
Only a preponderance of evidence and witness testimony *should* determine one's guilt.

It's not their money so they don't care.
If cops had to carry insurance like we do for our vehicles than after a few lawsuits it would be too expensive for them to carry it. Of course the law would have to change to make insurance mandatory and paid by the officer in order to be a LEO.
@@TheWabbit my husband was a teacher, they were insuranced in case of a lawsuit. He never was,but if the school was sued, that teacher would be fired. Premiums ALWAYS go up in that case.
Qualified immunity gets rid of at least a majority of lawsuits. They bank on that.
Also, if they fire the cop before-hand, it looks like they find fault with his/her actions. If the suit gets dismissed, the government might get a suit for wrongful termination or a few other things, which would be bolstered by the cop getting the suit dismissed. They'd rather take the chance on qualified immunity holding up than jumping the gun and giving the cops a better case.
This doesn't even take into account the pressure from police unions.

I've always said that police - & most public employees - should have to reside where they work. When you know that you have to live next door to the people you police, you usually act better. You don't want you & your family to be the objects of hatred, mistrust, & disrespect. You don't want to wonder if you're going to be shunned by most of your community or worse where you live. It commonly used to be required that officers live within the county, city, etc. where they worked. We should return to that. That, & make them get out if their damn cars for half their shift every day. The public would be more up close & personal, less of "us vs. them" mentality. Plus it would help work off those donut bellies far too many cops have - better for their mental & physical health.
The blue line is very thin when they decide that their fellow officer might get them in trouble.
Despicable. They’re not even hiding these behaviors.
There's no need to hide it. More then likely they won't face any consequences or accountability, so there's no reason to change.

"I thought somebody yelled 'shoot"...but after consulting with other officers, I no longer think that happened. I saw a gun. Through the door. I was pretty sure he was going to shoot me through the door, so I shot him through the door first."

A lot of problems would be solved if there was a law passed about turning off or muting body cams…. As whenever they don’t record it usually they are involved in some sort conspiracy….
It already is tampering with evidence.but who will apply the law to ( law?) Enforcement?
I whole heartily agree and we the people pay for these cams
Excellent post… we pay for the cameras. We even have to pay for the video.. Transparency is not to much to ask for .
We need more than that we need free access to all of it free not no $500 for a heavily edited video.
Does laws stop people from crime ? Nope so ain't gonna stop them from that either. They're never held accountable for anything that's the problem
I'm not even surprised with the door shooting. I'm outraged that he's not giving that story in the back of a cruiser with some brand new shiny bracelets.
This guy is a criminal with a badge, plain, simple & obvious. Well done to the gentleman who stood up to this wannabe authoritarian.
Assume EVERY officer you encounter is just like this guy, because they are.
Its crazy how willing they are to blindly follow orders even if they don't know who is giving them, what they are exactly, or where the target is.
Don't ever stop what you are doing. ✝️❤️☮️🙏🇺🇸
Well said Brother 🤘🏽. I love your commentary’s on these videos 🙏. Thank you for all you do 🙏🇺🇸🙏
I think officer "friendly eyes" may have a drinking problem.
Keep fighting the good fight, TCRL! Until these public servants realize integrity and accountability are values not to be feared, you are needed. Thank you for your work.
Kinda amazing that his motivation for becoming an attorney in cases like this was that he witnessed the abuse with his own 2 eyes. These cops create their own enemies lmao
He’s digging himself a deeper hole in real time 😂
You became a Civil Rights Lawyer because a friend of yours was arrested for DUI after your study session at the library. Lack Lustre began his channel after an arrogant cop threatened him for standing on his own porch. It just goes to show how the action cops take influence how other react. Thank you for everything you do TCRL.
Congrats on 200K!!!
I would like to thank your friend who was falsely arrested for DUI for helping make you the man you are today.
Once again I would like to thank you for your service of representing people that have been wronged. I wish more Lawyers were willing to help. Justice is for everyone
not just government
Thank you for your work. What you do is very important for the American way and our freedoms.
What a piece of work, that cop. Must have been bullied a lot in kindergarten.
I think the tyrant cop is drunk or under some kind of drugs, he’s something special!
It's the most powerful drug of all- a badge, a gun, and court immunity!
The state cop is coaching that fool.
"I know I pulled you over and I've checked your registration out and that's ok but while I've got you here, I'm going to screw with you until I find something I can ticket you for".
He even asked about the seatbelt thinking he could go that route.
After two or three false arrests a cop should have to be retrained and pass a test on making people perform field sobriety test.
Officer Friendly Eyes is a perfect description.
Thank you John Bryan! 🙌🏼⚖️✊🏼
Only question why is he still a cop???? The law to protect us not harass us!!
Where do you find these gems!? So embarrassing they represent the law enforcement profession.
"Hold on, let's get our story straight and not be held liable for bad policing"
The way officer friendly eyes was pacing around and rubbing his hands you could make an argument he was on some illegal substance. He reminded me of a dog getting ready to attack and probably would have if there wasn’t a camera.
It didn’t seem to take you very long to get to 200K. Good for you.
Yea he wiped his nose like he was using cocaine was my initial thought . Do they drug test tgese cops ?
Cameras are our best friends. Keep up the good work!
