Jacob, Keep up the good work man. I like the Junglas 2 but I'd rather have the big brother. I have the ESEE6 and the next step would be the full size Junglas. Loved your babies.

I liked that you said it was an Esee 6 + or an Esse 8. This is exactly what I thought about the knife, and why I bought it.

Awesome review! Subscribed to your channel too. Currently I own an Esee 5, 3 (w/sharpened clip point) and Izula. Looking to get either a Junglas or Junglas 2. Just can't make up my mind!! Really like the length of the original cause it's huge, but also like the 2 because it should be more comfortable to carry on a belt. Ughhh. Have a great day! GOD bless sir! Psalms 144:1. One of my favs ;)

Nice review, Jacob. My take on that nice knife is it's a little too small to be a good chopper, a little too big to easily do finer tasks but just right for for batoning.

That has to be the most aesthetically pleasing knife I've ever seen! As far as use goes...?

Hey Jacob how you doing tonight? Great video and I've used the junglas many times before and it is a very good knife / machete. But I definitely would have to recommend the skrama over this knife. Overall, the skrama is a much heavier Duty and I think just as well balanced knife / machete. I know there are definite differences between the two obviously, but if I had to have one of them on my side, it would definitely be the Skrama, it is an absolutely amazing blade and sheath all for $80. I'm fairly new to the channel so I don't know if you've done a complete 20-minute video on the Skrama but, if you haven't definitely do one. It would definitely educate many of your viewers as to the amazing craftsmanship and quality of that blade / machete. And for the price is an absolute steal I don't think there's anything else in the market that performs like this Skrama for the price. Like I said, I've owned both and the skrama is always by my side. Just thought I'd throw that out at you keep up the good work and let me know what you think it is a great knife but definitely doesn't compare to the Skrama

Great video. Good info on the fat wood. Seems like you have two companions to shoot your videos.

I really want to buy my first ESEE (and first legit survival knife) would you recommend this or the 4, 5, 6, or the original Junglas?
