      @@icoco333 “Arbitration without consensus”
Means all aggrieved parties must be present with consensus and bound by the arbitrator decision subject only after each party has put forward their case.
Just like in a civil case, the Judge, plaintiff and the defendant must be present or at least given an opportunity to put forward their case.

The reason more and more countries are willing to come forward to express their preference for China over the US is because the power of the US mafia’s ability to hurt them is waning so that’s why we are seeing more and more countries are beginning to express their desire to associate with China over the US, in not just the economy, but also in the military, technology, tourism, and social spheres as well! In the past countries around the world feared the US’s invasions, regime changes, sanctions, military blockades, and assassination plots and those were the reasons they were never willing to be honest with their desires to associate with China over the US, but now that the US’s power is waning and their power is strengthening, they are more willing to express their true feelings for China!

At 15:50 Victor Gao said the TRUTH. This is in fact Law 101 very very basic. There is no such thing as an Unilateral arbitration. In Law, both parties must agree to proceed with Arbitration - BEFORE there can be any arbitration. The sham & pretentious 2016 (unilateral) arbitration on South China Sea is a complete RUBBISH. In addition the panel of lawyers were hand picked by a JAPANESE man. The panel of lawyers (they are not fit to be called Judges) were PAID + they wrote an essay in favour their Paymaster. This is shameful.

Gao is always insightful :) I wished the US and the West would just stop it and let's focus on improving the lives of everyone together, but I guess that's too naive and kumbaiya

About 1/3 of Philippines Islands used to belong to China thousands of years before the Philippines even existed! You Filipino tribal people were just boat people floating by when China owned those islands and you were lucky you got away with stealing China’s islands with the US’s help in the 1940’s!

Prepared the US for a war with China so that China could blow your islands to smithereens? Not from the US’s point of view you’re not! The US talked about using the Philippines to fight China so that the Philippines would become the battleground site for a US-China war so that you mooronic Filipinos would be the sacrificial lambs for the US’s war with China instead of having the American soldiers dying from the war with China! Even a US army sergeant told me so!

do you want to be a lecture from me? Yes. china is the top trades of Vietnam and Philippines, but trades usually natural resources which china benefited the most, do you know that china investment in Vietnam and Philippines are the lowest among ASEAN. Which china don't want us to get more progress, china want to control. Sadly china fails in Philippines economy cos we are not relying on china economy and investments.

China never colonized any countries in the past time, because back then China was weak country compared to US, UK, Russia and Japan. If China is like today, when violated and colonized any countries 70 years ago, those countries would become China's territory at present. Some countrieds colonized by UK, US and France were at least lucky.

The world led by the West, especially the U.S. is that of a master-slave relationship where the world is divided into 1st (mostly white) world and developing world (now global south). We don't want any particular country to lead, we want a multipolar world which is more equitable based on the U.N world order, not some random rule based order by the U.S.
