Perhaps call it something else, like emotional release with movement or something like that, so it’s not too confusing?

I liked it a lot, especially that I've been storing up a lot of anger, frustration and tension lately. It felt a bit childish at the beginning, but then I let myself go and now it feels so much better. I'm gonna try it again tomorrow

Hi Brett, Thank you for this practice. I appreciate somatic yoga that gets me in touch with a lot of stuff that is festering and accumulating. Being able to let go without inhibitions is so revealing. I am grateful for all styles of yoga from all UA-cam instructors, but some instructors focus more on being pretty and sexy, and you can see right through their approach. But to each, their own. We're all doing the best we can. Well, I wanted to tell you that for me, this is a lot more effective. Real and true.

Go and learn authentic yoga from good school. It will be cheaper and you aren’t supporting abuser. She knows yogi Bhajan was corrupt and she used him and now continues his legacy

Good for you, that makes you privileged. But you must understand that not everyone is lucky as you, and part of the yoga practice would actually consist in increasing awareness...
@@lyeln you love talking to yourself, with preformed narratives and an unshakeable belief that whatever your project MUST be the truth which leaves no room for conversation. Enjoy living in your own head.
@@lyeln part of yoga practise would include increasing awareness. Your level of understanding yoga is clearly very surface level. Yoga is not about narrative awareness, please refer to the yoga sutras of Patanjali for real data on what kind of dhyan yoga actually talks about. If you know Hindi, i could explain it to you in the language yoga was intended to be understood in. Bhaisahab kya chutiya hai tu.

I hope you learn by working on your awareness and not from suffering.
