    These prenatal workouts are awesome for me! not too hard and not too easy and I feel comfortable that all the exercises are safe for me to do in pregnancy!

    pretty sure I'm in the midst of prodromal labour here at 36 weeks and just trying to get some movement in through feeling lousy. Thanks; this was great.

    Thank you Amy this work out helped me get through labor. I did this work out regularly though out my pregnancy and always felt so good doing bird dog or belly breathing on my hand and knees. I planned to have an epidural but ended up having to deliver naturally because my baby girl came so fast. When the pain became unbearable laying on my back, I switched to my hands and knees and baby girl popped right out. I don’t think I would have felt as strong and confident in this position with out doing your workout. I plan to start your postnatal workouts once I’m cleared by my doctor. Thank you for the great work outs Amy!
