@@taunggyi5349 In my experience with dandruff, the only effective solution that got rid of it significantly is medicated shampoos that contain the active ingredient (ketoconazole). There are many shampoos that contain it and they are good like vavo shampoo and Nizoral shampoo. If it is not available in your country, search for the active ingredient. + Use it after you have removed the built-up layers from the peel and follow the instructions on the package.
It is I deal with it myself. Usually when the skin is inflamed it’s because it a type of dermatitis or psoriasis or fungal this Is flaking dry skin your scalp shedding skin quicker than usual.

It looks like cradle cap to me. One of my babies got cradle cap and I didn’t know what it was until I took her to the doctor I was so embarrassed I went right home and started to working on it so I could get rid of it.
I got rid of cradle cap with baby oil and a fine comb overnight

Si existe pero el video es falso, yo sufro esa condición, ves la piel sana abajo de esas costras? Eso no pasa la piel bajo esas costras está roja y a veces hasta sangra, y las costras están pegadas a la piel muy duro tendrías que rascar muy muy duro hasta lastimarte para sacar las costras.

@@AnneAnderson-ve5ig I agree. I have autoimmune conditions and they sometimes cause this for me, at one point very much like this poor person. My scalp was horrific, my hair silky and shiny. My GP said olive oil and scrape it off as I'm allergic to many medication and treatments 🤢 it's just like cradle cap 😔

That is psoriasis plain and simple. There are plenty of OTC meds out there so this does not have to happen. NO NEED.
