This is just hard to believe. With all of that skin his scalp looks too healthy. You would think it would be red and irritated. IDK it just kinda hard to believe.

Its true its two types of it one is Plaque Psoriosis which has a cure and the one that I have that doesn't have a cure called Seborrheic Dermatitis which can only be treated but not cured and it can get and has been that intense. Scratching it up makes your scalp so sore but you have to remove it out or it will cause hair loss because the scalp can't breathe from being covered so badly, I see a Dermatologist that treats mines.

Dandruff is not easy to remove. 😂😂
This condition is real. Some members of my family inherited this scalp condition. It strikes some but not others with extreme dandruff buildup. My maternal great-aunt, my mother, aunts, and uncle only wanted me to comb their hair and "scratch" the dandruff out of their hair. It takes patience, persistence, and understanding to deal with this issue. This scalp condition is genetic and not a matter of hygiene.

For so many versions of dandruff I've seen in this medium I think there not. Dandruff can cause irritation on scalp if you scratch it and it doesn't look that way. I don't believe in that big chunks of flakes.
It’s plaque psoriasis.
I suffer from it and it's two types of conditions for this one is Plaque Psariosis which has a cure and its the one that I have which is Seborrheic Dermatitis but is called Cradle Cap in infants which has no cure but treatments can help improve it but it still comes and goes, I see a Dermatologist for mines and it gets expensive but I don't care as long as I get some comfort because it have your scalp sore after you scratch it up and out dandruff shampoos makes it worse you have to use a peanut based shampoo to treat it instead from a Dermatologist. So it can get that intense and bad. I've been out of so much money on expensive shampoos like Kerinique which is $50 bucks for the shampoos and $60 for the conditioner and its OK but it be worse after a few days of using it, then got tired of doing it every day. So its true sir.

@@miss.christinagrandy fr. I think I also have psoriasis but only on the early stage and not as bad like in the vid, that's why rn I'm searching all over to look for solutions for my freaking scalp.
After watching quite a few of your videos, I can definitively say that other dandruff videos will never look the same or give the same satisfaction to viewers, again.

Usually the scalp is red or pink , warm and angry looking. The plaques are also large. Like a wax was painted on the scalp.
For those suffering with flakes. Get Nizoral A-D Anti-Dandruff Shampoo with Ketoconazole 1%, dandruff is also caused by fungus. Nizoral helped me and it removed the huge flakes. When you shampoo leave in hair for at least 5 min then rinse well. I did that twice each time I shampooed the first couple of weeks, till it cleared up. Now, I just shampoo once for maintenance but I still let it sit for 5 min. I'm thankful that shampoo helped and worked .

@@onelovesong5424 no the shampoo is gentle on your hair. The main focus the dandruff flakes. And I have eczema behind my ears really bad. And the shampoo helps my ears clear up
Same. I was prescribed Nizoral over 30 years ago. Now they sell over counter. It's pricey but works...AND....it smells really good. No medicated shampoo smell!

I have the same problem was sent to a dermatologist who said it was psoriasis and prescribed me selson blue cream for my hair 1 time a week. Watching this makes me wish I was their having you do my hair
This was me growing up. I was diagnosed with scalp psoriasis. I have weak edges because of it. The dry splotches moved around my body over the last 40 years, crease of my elbows, behind my ears, along my esophagus, backs of my knees, under my bra line, armpits and backs of my hands. Within the last 5 years I've been diagnosed with several food allergies. This has eliminated these symptoms.
My dad was diagnosed psoriasis a long time ago. He uses creams and ended up shaving his head to control it. Stress worsen psoriasis too.

This is probably psoriasis! Dandruff is actually a condition known as seborrheic dermatitis. They both produce flakes, just for different reasons.

Is there some sort of medication you can take to control the shedding? How often do you have to treat your condition?
This is psoriasis. I have only on my scalp. My scalp would do this if left untreated. It's an over production of skin cells. It started for me at 12 years age and I was prescribed Nizoral. I use 2 to 3 times a week and have no issues. If I use any other shampoo it irritates my scalp and I will itch it until it gets sore and can make it bleed.

I kinda have this condition but not severe...when i was younger and didn't know how to clean my head it would get thicker...i didn't try to go to a dermatologist also...it's itchy when I'm sweating and get worse sometimes when i eat certain foods...is yours like that too?
Psoriasis plaques are blocking some of my hair follicles causing thinner hair. Stress and illness can aggravate this disease.

It may be psoriasis on his scalp that causes it. Usually reddened raised areas are present with it.
I have psoriasis and seborrheic dermatitis. It does NOT come off this easy and there be redness, irritation, and raised angry patches of skin where you scratched. ,

La solución es afeitarse la cabeza con una gillette o una buena cuchilla o navaja de barbero y cada 15 días pasártela estarás sin pelo porque te afeiten pero eso limpia la cabeza al 100% y luego sin pelo te la puedes desinfectar sin problema a mí se me fue haciéndolo así eso sí cuando me afeitaron con navaja pasé mucho gusto del picor que tenía y me atracaron todas las costras y todo lo malo

This is a psoriasis. I had the same condition. Started as thick normal dandruff then enventually had my skin peeling off. Those are not dandruff. Those are pieces of skin peeling off. There should be a medication for this.
This is definitely plaque psoriasis. I have a few spots on my scalp that are itchy and irritating--I cannot imagine having it to this degree. It would drive me insane.
