It is real. It's psoriasis an auto immune disease that affects the skin everywhere including the scalp.

It's not even real, there is usually red and often irritated skin when the flakes are removed. This is wax or soap made into a pasta and then removed before truly hardening.

This is horrible. Does he walk around in town with that helmet of dandruff flakes? Disgusting--especially when I watch it under the heading "Mary Cooking Video" or "Mary Yummy Cooking". That ad does not belong to the Dandruff video. Nobody will be enticed to eat your food when you advertise your cooking along with your Dandruff show. Sorry, just my opinion.

This is not dandruff or eczema or psoriesis. All leave lots of small flakes attached to the hair strands after removal from scalp. This person has nearly none.
