People are idiots wax grows on your scalp now ? It's dandruff aka dead skin cells .how does this occur because the scalp was not properly greased or in this case not greased at all .

Not sure if the creator has already done so but def go see a dermatologist. Sometimes, its not just the skin mass producing but it can be caused by infections of fungus and many more reasons. There are also recommend treatment that can lessen the condition so for anyone that sees this comment and has this condition or any other abnormal skin condition, Go see a derm

What kind of shampoo do they use or do they use soap?
If this was psoriasis the person's scalp would be red raw with bleeding. As I myself have had psoriasis for over 40 years, my whole body has been covered with guttate psoriasis including my joints, my limbs, my hair, in my ears which isn't pleasant, however I have not seen this before. What kind of psoriasis is this, after all there are around 15 different types? As I said earlier this scalp is not red or sore.
Plus if you had that much psoriasis on your head it should cause allot of hair loss.

Ive heard this is actually a type of scalp treatment thats being removed. Supposedly people are mistaking it for dandruff. Which I could see how that could be lost in translation. For instance "Removing dandruff treatment" being mistaken "removing dandruff". The hair doesnt look unwashed so idk. Its just what I've read in other comments. Sure looks like dandruff too me.
I am so sorry yours has lasted so long. I am sure in 40 years you have tried everything in the book. Have you had allergy testing and shots. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
One thing that I've noticed is that they don't touch it until it's completely dried. Does anyone think that could be why his scalp isn't bleeding or red?

Yes, my brother has finally gotten better after decades of suffering and enduring cruel comments from people who think it’s a hygiene issue, etc. He shaved his head completely and that made things better after a period of about 2 months. Then he stopped eating all sweeteners and sugars of any kind including no fruits and also eliminating almost all carbs as well. As a result, he’s about 90% better! We are all so happy for him!

Usually steroids and anti fungal medication. It’s most likely a condition called Seborrheic Dermatitis.
Is there a strong odor? Does it smell like yeast? 🥺
What I can’t figure out is why wait so long to have it removed, are they on a waiting list to be on video????
Apparently, it comes right back. So it isn’t a long wait?
How long does it take for the build up to be so bad? I would think if the scalp/ hair is combed a few times a day, the "scabbing" wouldn't exist like this.

This is identical to treatment that black people use to clean scalp especially after braids or barbershop treatment before they cut and style. Actual removal will have some blood where it is “scratched off”.

Não tem cura, é uma doença auto imune. Se toma corticóide que melhora mas acho que neste caso é porquisse mesmo. Meu marido tem
.Lava a cabeça todia e hidrata , melhora um pouco. Mas nunca ficou assim . Fica ferido.
Existe um creme chamado psorex, passa no local e abafa com um plástico. Ajuda muito.

I thought at first it's a manequin! And it's not a dandruff, this is some kind of flour or starch put into the head. It builds up like that when wet or mixed with hair oils.

This cant be psoriasis! For one, it does not come off that easy! Two, if they pulled a scab that large off, there would be blood under it for sure! It does not come off that easy woth a comb either! I would give anything if it did though it would be nice!! Ive had it my whole enture life too.. You dont see any sores at all in his head anywhere.. This isnt real psoriasis... But cool video, I was looking for a real videos showing easy ways to remove it..

How people let this happen
It's Psoriasis, you don't let it happen. It's your body over producing skin cells. It's not dandruff. Literally the skin can grow fast enough for the scales to come back in a day or two.
I think this needs even a little holy water n to take care seriously

What kind of scalp treatment do you use. Surely there is something this poor fellow can put on his scalp that can heal this condition. This looks like something way worse than just dandruff. There is no cure but my brother has this same autoimmune disorder condition. His got better after he shaved his head completely. And then it got MUCH better after the stopped eating and drinking any kind of sweetener or sugar, including fruits.

That’s what it looks like to me someone that does not wash their hair.
Hair looks pretty damn clean, healthy and shiny. It's just the scalp that's the problem.
This is like equating someone's acne to never washing their face. Pretty sure you can have a clean, washed face and still have acne.
