Hi Lauren, I began watching your channel after I tore my rotator cuff during a Pilates reformer session in March . With a combination of 6 months of PT and your varied exercises, I have recovered completely without surgery! And I've just moved from 5 to 8 pound weights. I'm 74 and was worried I'd never be able to return to a daily program that was challenging and safe. I also like your calm, well thought out workouts that can be used together for a longer workout.

I'm sure they are sorted by YT and when I go to find them, I get them mixed up as several are with chairs, balls, weights. Hi Lauren. I love all your Seniors workouts. 😊👏👏👏 This one no exception. This was loads of fun and gentle on my poor knees, which are not in great shape atm 🙁. Love using the little ball. I have a few full size fitballs (which I use in some of your other workouts👍) and a smaller pilates ball, which I found just a little large to hold for this workout. However, I remembered that some weeks ago we found a small squishy ball in our driveway, which was very grubby and rather flat. I gave it a good clean and pumped it up a bit, and it is absolutely the perfect size for this workout. Very cute too. It's bright yellow with a big smiley face on it. Will be doing this fab workout heaps with my super cool ball.😄 Thank you.

This is an older video, I'm using a 6 in ball in this workout. In my newer mini ball workouts I use a 9 in bender ball.
