Matt, this may very well be the BEST video you have made yet! You are proving to be quite the showman, which makes us keep coming back for more, two thumbs up!
I'm a school bus mechanic and that step is a problem for buses that stay on road. Ive seen drivers wipe them on practically nothing. This is one of you most entertaining videos, loved it!!!!!!❤❤❤
That was epic. A big smile on everyone's faces, including mine, from beginning to end. 🤣 Matt was like a little kid behind the wheel, the 'passengers' alternating from terror to laughter. I like the idea of this being an off-road bus as many can't walk the distance for the event sites. It can also double. as others have suggested, as a support vehicle for major events, projects. It is already in MORR yellow and black so no painting or wrapping needed.
Matt, you are by far the most fun loving, thrill seeker I have watched (in this type of entertainment). Great person to watch, great wife, kids and crew. Thanks for the smiles you put on my face. Take that bus and do amazing things to it before March.
Easily one of the Best MORR videos Ever! I predict this will be in the top 3 for total views, if it’s not then people are missing out. 1. It only got stuck in the sand as the tires were not aired down😂. Excellent job keeping momentum! 2. School kids in the back at the end was classic - I hope you gave them shirts😀 3. Kudos to those riding in the bus! Thank you for the best entertainment I’ve seen on You Tube in a long time👍👍
I have watched, enjoyed, and learned from MORR videos since the very beginning, but I have never straight up laughed out loud and smiled more than I did while watching this one. Absolute classic shenanigans. The looks of joy, amazement, and maybe fear on the team members’ faces was terrific. Good stuff!
My mother was a bus driver and I remember the end of run clean out. That, "Oh no" busted me up so hard. I was laughing so hard, I was in tears. Thank you MORR team.
As a dad with a few boys I can relate....it feels like nothing else when you blow your kids minds...... awesome run Matt !!! Too of the world in a stock shorty ....EPIC!!
The ending was great! One of my best buddies owned a school bus company (just sold it so he could retire) and I will have to show this to him. Having little ones left over at the end of a run is not a good thing, but it happens, and Matt's reaction says it all besides being extremely hilarious. And the look on the kids faces was so precious and hilarious.
That Bus is doing incredibly great in Offroading. At first I thought the thumbnail was a photoshopped clickbait. Now I am hyped to see it modified. But you have to be at least a little crazy (in a positive way), to even try this. P.S. one of the first Videos of Mat I really had to lough out loud. Not grinning, really loughing.
The end was epic, with the kids in the back. Amazing how well the bus did. I was wondering if it has a limited slip rearend by the way it went through the sand.

I have seen in the comments that some people have been asking for like drone shots that are closer to the ground, so well an open top safari vehicle was the primary purpose of the tangerine rebuild. I feel like camera vehicle was also a motivation
With the tangerines current configuration if you added safety straps/harnesses and fixed mounted standing positions or elevated chairs. It could become a follow along camera vehicle
Always nice to see that Matt first and foremost puts the health and safety of family and crew (and equipment) ahead of anything else. Unless it involves school bus testing, that is.
That bus would make an amazing support vehicle on a long recovery. Add some solar panels and batteries to it, a radio repeater, and some food and water storage plus all of the off road mods and its a beast.

I used to drive a school bus as a work truck, loaded with tools, they're a lot of fun to drive. We also hit the bottom step on everything, the front corner was all bashed up. You can keep the digital tach on all the time by pressing the top button to the left of the steering wheel multiple times until you get to the tachometer.
If the A/C belt has a tensioner I would recommend taking the tensioner off completely and putting on a stretch belt. The newer trucks don’t have a tensioner for the A/C. Just a stretch on belt. I had to do that for mine because the fast up and down raving kept throwing it off. Just a suggestion. 🤷🏽♂️

What I would like to see is a dedicated video on the heavy wrecker mechanically. I have been a mechanic most of my life and a lot of your viewers are mechanical people like me and would love to see an in debth description of the ins and out on that incredible build. i watched the entire build videos but still do not remember all the specifics. Probably the greatest Matt has built and that"s saying a lot, Please consider this idea as Matts creative expertise are what intrigues mechanical viewers like myself. Thumbs up on your recent new soundtracks on action scenes
Matt should make new bumpers to increase aproach and depart angles (apart from raising the susp) and to add tow hooks. All the seats need 3 point seat belts. I really enjoyed this video.
This is starting to make it sound worth it to travel halfway across the country to experience something I've never properly explored. Just to off-road in the short bus.
I just love Love LOVE these shenanigans / activities out of the shop. They're all good but this is the best video in a little while for sure. Love to see the MORR Family enjoying their time together.
I knew if Matt drove it would make it in the sand pretty well because he does LOVE to bomb stuff. Seeing that bus at the top of the world and everybody's reaction was next level.
This was epic!!! Matt has amazing driving skills and to get that bus to the top of the world was awesome!! I’ve been there, and thought, no way!!!🤣 The end with the kids left on the buss and the look on Matt’s face!!🤣😂
I would put full suspension seats in that bus. They will take out the majority of the harshness of the ride. As long as they have good shocks, it will go a long way in preventing motion sickness as well.
I agree. Long chassis have light rear ends. The seating in the rear especially needs to be secure and supportive. And the steps… if you raise the chassis the steps will be hard to reach for older folks or people with physical limitations.
This is amazing! I can’t wait to see what this thing can do after you make some modifications. One of my favorite videos I’ve seen on this channel! I was smiling almost the whole time.
That looked like it was so much fun!!!!! Two wheel drive, street tires, no lift? Can't wait to see what the bus does with big tires and 4 wheel drive! Paul and Fab Rat's is going to have to step up their game when he builds his off road bus.
who needs a roller coaster when you have a school bus and sand dunes 😂 all jokes aside, this made me realize how much I trust in matt's ability to drive. Had it been any other youtube channel I 'd have been scared for the passengers, but since it's matt I never once felt like there was any danger.
One thing I've learned watching this channel over the last few years. Never bet against Matt. He might not have all the tools that will make it easy. But he always has that victory pie. And if he says he can make it anywhere you better put your money in him. He's a genius.
That was a fun episode you guys! From what’s happening to camera work, music, editing and production all first class. PLEASE tell those Discovery Network people “no thank you” when they come knocking (if you haven’t already). I’d hate to see another case of fun and entertaining reality fall victim to the reality show cookie cutter formula. I’m going to your store and buy something right now just to show some support. I’ll even turn off my ad blocker if that helps 🙂
You have outdone yourself, Matt & Crew… This was an absolute unexpected gem of entertainment. There’s so much goodness in your videos but you keep putting out bangers for content. Thanks and keep it up! Love this.
Now that was a lot of fun. I have to admit I was awfully surprised at how well the unmodified bus did off road and the suspension was pretty impressive. I have no doubt the modified bus will surprise everyone.
LOL! Love the ending and honestly very surprised by how well the bus did on the whole thing. You guys are going to end up driving up the market on used shorty buses!😂
A school bus at the Top of the World, inconceivable! Love the Princess Bride references. Great video and adventure guys!!! Lots of love from Australia, keep up the good work.
Good thing you are converting it to four wheel drive. I was in charge of a 10 mini bus fleet and the Chevrolet based buses destroyed ball-joints, tie rod ends and pretty much everything else in a year or two. It may feel light but they carry a lot of weight on the nose.
Love that you get to do this kind of stuff and have a ton of fun and share that all with us I also love you still take time to care about your environment and tidy up after others Looking forward to the off-road bus and what it gets called 😊

I had a goofy grin on my face the whole time you were bombing that thing around in the sand. That looked like so much fun.
"Oh no..." at the end has me rolling!!🤣🤣🤣
I just love Love LOVE these shenanigans / activities out of the shop. They're all good but this is the best video in a little while for sure. Love to see the MORR Family enjoying their time together.
...and once again, Dad becomes cool to the kids! Mad respect.
It’s going to be super interesting to see how you tune the suspension, there is going to be a 2 ton difference from loaded and unloaded.
Going to be a challenge to get best of both, maybe airbags and limit straps to take the load when the bus is full.
Excellent point.
not sure I've seen y'all, as a group, more giddy about a ride / vehicle!! EPIC!!
Love a good bus story! Kenda Tire makes a good skinny for duals, 35x 10.5-17 on rear and 35x 12.5 -17s on the front.
Smiling ear to ear, that was so much fun to watch Matt driving that school bus .
Your ending is hilarious!!! Matt your expression is perfect!
I knew if Matt drove it would make it in the sand pretty well because he does LOVE to bomb stuff.
Seeing that bus at the top of the world and everybody's reaction was next level.
On that one ridge, the MORRBus didn't grab air, it submarined INTO the sand.😂
I wish I could give this video two thumbs up. Matt, and crew looked like they were having so much fun, and that bus took a beating but kept going!
That bus has tremendous off-road upside potential. I, for one, am DEFINITELY looking forward to this project.
Name of the vehicle should definitely be the Sandwurm
So much fun to watch and see the pure joy on their faces. Ending was perfect!
One of the most entertaining videos in awhile, can't wait to see the finished product.
Honestly, this proves to me that Matt can drive! I don't think many folks would have gotten the bus all the way up like that
Most people don't have the stones to full send in a school bus.
That was such a fun video that just proves you that the driver has a huge part and how well the vehicle does four wheel. Way to go Matt.
Kaylin and Jake’s action camera work was primo! Great driving and great action shots. Thanks
Thank you Matt and crew for the adventure and loads of laughs ! It was awesome and I cannot wait to see this thing fixed up !
Legendary and oddly inspiring haha. Love the references. I think Tom had a Groundhog Day reference in there too.
This was by far the best, funniest, giggling video I've seen but you MOOR never disappoint. I have always liked your no fear for anything
Colin's reaction is priceless. Give that boy a raise!
Good thing you are converting it to four wheel drive. I was in charge of a 10 mini bus fleet and the Chevrolet based buses destroyed ball-joints, tie rod ends and pretty much everything else in a year or two. It may feel light but they carry a lot of weight on the nose.
😂This very well may be my absolute favorite thing I've ever seen you do. Thank you for miles of smiles and the perfect ending!
Love that you get to do this kind of stuff and have a ton of fun and share that all with us
I also love you still take time to care about your environment and tidy up after others
Looking forward to the off-road bus and what it gets called 😊
I have been following the channel for a couple of years. And I guess that I've gotten used to the antics of the whole crew, but the last 30 seconds of this one had me laughing and crying ...😂😂😂😂😂
We all knew it before, but now it is confirmed: Matt is just one big kid! I was very impressed with the bus in stock condition making it as far as it did. Can't wait to see the final product!
I'm impressed with how good it was in the sand. The bus is a great candidate for those big axles Tom got, it could probably go rock crawling with them.
Matt is now officially more content creator than offroad recovery specialist 😂
I think you meant "MORR content creator" 🤣😂
He gets to have fun occasionally
@@mrclaymackeyNice!
The good old days when the channel was real. Tie the banana to an RV and give it the beans!
One of the best videos I’ve seen in a while Matt’s driving skills are next level
This was an epic episode from the very start to the wonderfully hilarious end. My compliments to Matt and those 3 precious little “extras” at the end. Fantastically hilarious.
What a wholesome episode! I could not stop giggling throughout the entire episode!
The tangerine might be the best film car possible for what you guys do lol
Until there's rain and mud lol
