I think you can be more than one. "Which tendencies do you have" can lead to a spectrum of which tendencies you have more of, and which you have less of. The question is which ones are dominant for you, and which ONE do you MOST resonate with. I'm new to this, but I think for religion, I am a questioner, for serving my friends I am an obliger. So I have a hunch this characterization changes in value based scenarios that are important to you.

Yup, you can be a mix of Questioner-Upholder as well as Questioner-Rebel, etc. The diagram of the four tendencies shows the overlap of them.
