This is just superb, I have been researching "two minute morning book" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Sepatalie Foundational Sovereignty - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? It is a good one off guide for discovering how to manifest more money and love and abundance without the headache. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my neighbour got amazing results with it.

As a dental hygienist, I gotta recommend *not* brushing teeth first. Your dehydrated mouth is acidic and the outer enamel layer is slightly more solubilized, so brushing in this condition will result in too much enamel loss. Drink the water and wait about 20-30 minutes until the saliva jets in your mouth get going again - not just wet but rebalanced.

    • @downbntout
      @downbntout 7 років тому +49

Also, mindless toothbrushing gets crappy results with poor prevention of mouth disease - you know, the ol' cavitie$ and gum di$ea$e routine.

For me, a successful day actually starts the night before.
I plan the next day or at least set my top priority. When I wake the next day the motivation sets in immediately without any further actions.
Starting in the morning would be a very slow start to the day & would be a struggle on top of sleepiness. When I already know what I’m doing I’m up with focus & motivation.

Same for me.... I make sure I prepared my meals,, figure out what clothes I want to wear, check my agenda and set my top priority and affirmation, pick a yoga class to follow ánd I make sure the house is tidy. I literally can't imagine not doing those steps, my mornings would be an absolute disaster because of the brain fog.

there's an alarm on google play store where you plug alligator clips into your earphone jack and to turn off the alarm you need to attach the clamps to your skin. it detects your heart rate and if it detects you're still sleepy it will dump energy from the battery like a taser to shock you awake.

Then put two alarms... 1 near your bed... And another one away from you...
Now you'll get up bcoz of 1st alarm and you can pay attention to the another alarm also... As you are awake now!
I'm suggesting you this bcoz you can't hear an alarm which is far from you bcoz you might be in deep sleep at that time😂 so firstly wake up from your sweet dreams... And then go to the second alarm... Which will help you to wake up fully.
I hope this strategy will help you☺️😋

I've been doing miracle morning for several years. At beginning it was quite difficult to wake up earlier. But when you become able to see the good things that miracle mornings gives you you just will keep doing. Wake up earlier is the best gift you can give yourself, it will impact your day, your whole life. Some times I stopped it because I am not able to handle it when I have a lot of work, stopping it is a great mistake. Even if 5 minutes per day will help you so much to become the best version of your self, which means being the person you want to be without any boundaries. If you think you are not be able to do this you are very wrong. It requires sleep earlier too but at the end of the day you will be so proud of you and do great things !

You are NOT deprived of water or dehydrated as a result of not drinking overnight! During sleep your body secretes Anti-Diuretc Hormone to reduce the production of usine. Hence the first pee of the day is smaller volume and concentrated. Apart from the dehydration thing, this is just more of the same evidence-less self improvement drivel. I was always wondering - who are those superheroes who have time to do meditation, breakfast preparation, affirmation, visualization and even exercise and scribing before work? It all sounds really great when you think of it in the evening.
But the very next morning you find yoursef spendind:
    - reading news while sitting on the toilet for 10 mins
-15 mins on shower and health masturbation
    -15 mins on getting dressed
    - 10 mins having a cup of coffee or just prepearing your garbage to take out
And that's all - this is your golden hour. Next 1-1.5h you usually spend on commuting. Nothing magical.
Even though I sometimes manage to do some meditation and real breakfast prep, but it's rare occasions.

Needed this!! I use to get up every morning at 3:30-4am then summer sunset started setting in! The sun isn’t set until about 9pm so it’s been very hard to begin even getting ready for bed at 8 like I use to when I can still see day light! I’ve been off of waking early going on 2 weeks now. I loved gettin up early! It gave me so much more time to get things done, in my opinion. I will definitely be trying this out

Ed lol some days you have to get up at 5? Buddy here in Asia, that’s everyday life as we go to work earlier. We also work longer hours. You’re just finding excuses. Stop whining. I get up at 4.30 everyday. Still work out. Still journal, still doing affirmations, gratitude, listen to educational podcast. All in the morning.

I used an old school alarm with the bells for a month so i could my phone in another room. Worst idea ever. Every morning i was jolted awake with a racing heart by the sound and by the time I reached the alarm had a headache. My nerves were shredded and i was dreading sleep but ppl kept telling me I'd get used to it. I gave up and did much better. My ex had one and thought it would be hilarious to set one to wake me after he went to work. Not insanely early but as im an extreme night owl definitely before i woke up. Once i found the dann thing i pulled out the battery, went to bed for a couple of hours then hid every battery in the house. I much preferred 'alexa play ride of the vaylkeres top volume at 5.45 am just before he left the house. These silly games stopped when the neighbour pointed out we have thin walls and she was 3 under 10s
