Hmm seems nice and convenient! I just need to buy a 2000 pack of asparagus for the rubber band first.
I'm using the 15-30 kg capacity band and I'm struggling to pull it to the sides. I have to use single band instead. Should I use lesser resistance one?
I am beginner but this is what I've learned so far:
You should be able to pull it apart without shruging yourself.
Just like when you have too heavy dumbbells - the other muscles are trying to help too much which is not ideal
So yes, try pulling just one part of the band or take one with less resistance

I do it all the time it's really good and requires barely any equipment
i feel like every time a watch a video on how to fix my posture it instantly gets worse and more painful... just reminding me how much I need to start doing exercise like this.
