    I have a theory, and I'm not a doctor. Maybe you could call this a primal movement, but do what you are doing, but remove the wall and bite the tip of a towel and pull gently with your hands, horizontally away in the opposite direction. So the idea Of it being primal is maybe ripping things with teeth off of stuff. Just a thought. Again I am not a dr dont hurt yourself.
    Do you think that idea I said may be beneficial? The teeth grip prevents tilting the head up by accident when doing what you demonstrate. You saved my neck too. Thank you, VR is dangerous!

    Thank you so much. I have just discovered your channel and suffer from chronic neck and back pain for 25 years. Can I do your tapping routine while sitting or should it be done while standing. Same question for your atlas/axis rotations, stretches.

    Why is it best to push against a wall and not just lie flat on the floor to let gravity help?

    • @motivationaldoc
      @motivationaldoc  2 роки тому +1

      That’s ok

    • @allgoldproductions
      @allgoldproductions 2 роки тому

      Because you're using the neck muscles to push against the wall with resistance. You can't really push against the floor with those muscles the same way.

    Hey doc? I have a question,.. Ive had poor posture my whole life. I look down at the ground when I walk. I slouch. And especially when I m sitting. I'm trying to correct it w/a back & shoulder posture corrector.. Anyway, when I put my back against the wall, my shoulders will not touch. Is that bad? Actually my lower back, neck and shoulders wont touch. I lean against the other way to correct my anterior pelvic tilt. Thank goodness I'm starting to see a chiropractor lol
