    Hi..i am 22 year old had a slip disc around a year ago while doing long jump.... walking sleeping and even jogging is pain free but pain build up continuously when i do sitting....should i do extension or flexion excercise

    Im also overweight and my MRI result was severe lumbar spine stenosis do i need to that kind of exercise

    Do you recommend walk for Sciatica pain?

      Does it feels comfortable to walk? Yes !! But if it’s aggravating your symptoms you must keep it moderate and light
