Omg thank you for this 😭 I’m not obese but I have a very large chest and a bit of a belly so it’s very hard to find exercises made for bigger people since it’s hard to do crunching type exercises

Found this video just this second and decided to try it out since my lower back hurts so much from being overweight. It hurts my wrists to be on all fours on the floor, so I wasn’t able to do the first two exercises very long, and definitely couldn’t do 5 or 10 times, but it did feel good doing them otherwise. Thank you!!
20 carbs or less a day. I lost 0.5 lb per day. The entire time I was on that diet. 93 lb lost. No loose or sagging skin. People that never saw me when I was fat, when they see me with no shirt on at the beach, they cannot wrap their head around that. I used to be large until I show them a picture of myself.
That repairs your insulin sensitivity as well as allows you to drop the weight.
You do not have to continue doing low carb once your insulin is repaired.
I did the low carb diet 8 years ago and stopped when I hit my goal.
Now I just eat regular foods and yes that includes Doritos and candy bars when I feel like it.
Since you have repaired your insulin sensitivity, you do not really gain weight from these things. Just like we've all watched a 17-year-old with abs eating Doritos and a chocolate shake and fat people are like how the hell is that possible. Simple. He didn't spend 20 years doing that yet like you did as a 38-year-old.
You too can go back to eating a Sunday and a bag of Doritos and not getting fat as long as you do it every once in a while
You don't realize how much carbs cause inflammation too
I went from feeling like a 75-year-old retired NFL player when I was heavy, to feeling like I was 19 years old again.
Wouldn't you like to go back to feeling so good, that while you're standing in line to pay for your food at the grocery store, you just have that little feeling of, man. I feel like a million dollars, there's literally not anything I would do right now to my body to make myself feel any better.
That feeling is so much nicer than the feeling that most adults have, my knee hurts. My back hurts my feet hurt. I just want to get sitting down in my car and then go sit down at my house.
The feeling to genuinely want to go mountain biking snorkeling into the gym on the same day and enjoy all of it comes back when you get rid of the carbs.
You are spreading misinformation about a marginalized community with this. There is no scientific evidence proving your theory or that it's even necessary. Healthy at any size is the current reality and you should really try to be less hurtful to those who are other sized. We don't need or want your advice to live happy lives. We need to end this idea that anyone needs to conform to your outdated standards.

I went from feeling like an old man to a teenager.
I went from wanting to just sit around, to wanting to be active all the time because that's what I want to do.
You say there's no scientific evidence for something that I actively did myself so did a large group of my friends and all of us had the exact same experience we all went from morbidly obese to being able to see some ab muscles

We're going to run up a four-story building using the staircase and then when we get to the top a doctor is going to see how long it takes our heart to return to normal
You can't say that stairs is a feat of athleticism either because even old people in older buildings take four flights of stair
So if you are genuinely healthy and capable you'll be able to make it up that staircase just as fast as me and your heart will be able to recover back to its resting heart rate just as fast as me
That is one of the main measurements of heart health

Cut sugar and carbs and ALL processed crap junk food. Do some HIIT and intermittent fasting. Eat one meal a day. Thank me later.

Some more videos like these would be appreciated. I'm helping a young non verbal autistic man. He likes to mimic so these exercises might be easy to copy. A dislocated knee in his teens has limited his mobility. Medications have contributed to his weight gain. He needs to strengthen his knee's and improve the circulation in his leg's. These are fairly easy to understand. But probably still a bit above his intellectual level. Thank you:)

I’m no longer overweight (obese my whole life, it led to chronic back issues, I’ve since lost over 200 pounds) and exercises like the second one always result in Charlie horse type spasms in my hamstring area. Does anyone know why this happens?

I am 17 years old and 6 foot 3 inches in height and i have been having pain in the quadratus lumborum muscle of my back since a year and its not getting any better even after physiotherapy exercises etc could you please help me out with what all best possible ways and routine to get rid of the pain

Is it safe to do these exercises after a L1 fracture has healed? It's been 5 months since my injury, so the fracture is healed but I still have pain and tightness in my lower back. I gained weight during this time so need to fix the pain in order to be more active. Thank you
can you do these with bulging discs in your lower back?!?
I am a 24 yr old male, i have disc bulge at L3-L4 , compressing spinal cord and degenerate disc at L5-S1 compressing nerves to the left leg, i have severe pain in my hips , thighs and sometimes my buttocks. I have been going to physiotherapy sessions and doing some back strengthening exercises, but it is very difficult for me since im overweight. I would like to know ur opinion on what should i do. Hopefully you will see this comment

Is there a difference between foam rolling and using a ball on the lower back muscles? Because some chiros say not to roll the lower back but then are fine with a ball?
Because with a foam roller, you'll be going over the spine and have a greater chance of hyperextending the lower back.
The first 4pt exercise is very difficult to get in and out of this position if you are overweight. Placing all your body weight on your toes only may be asking for pain. It would have been nice to have accommodations for that position. Thanks
No exercise will work 100% of the time, do the ones you feel comfortable with.
I would say have a friend / partner to help .

What’s the best way to relieve pain from the “bear crawl” I get paint the day after in my back on one side of my body
This is not for obese. We can't get on our knees at all. Have to have standing or sitting exercises.
If you are overweight you need to be on a diet and you need to exercise. That’s a really good way to help alleviate being overweight and the back issues such corpulence conduces to.
Overweight people still need exercises to help alleviate the symptoms in the interim. Statements like this are so ignorant. Losing weight just doesn’t magically happen over night. They’ll still need this to help in the mean time. Jesus🙄.
I’ve found thru years of experience it boils down to what you eat.

Yes but exercising actually helps to strengthen a body so that after you lose that weight, you’re not some frail, limp thing that can be easily harmed by any kind of strenuous effort.

The politically correct term is "fat". Overweight implies that people are the wrong size, like saying overgay or overblack.
The term "overweight" is triggering to many in this marginalized community, please be more respectful of those that have faced so much oppression and othering.
