Thailand is definitely a place people should not miss🙌 especially for Bangkok, we found that no matter how much we visit it there's always something new
Honestly Bangkok is a mega city and has been for quite a few years which has always been underappreciated. But people are now starting to realise which makes me happy 😌
@@simplyofftrack I was born in Thailand 🙂 But have lived in the UK for quite some years now. We are however moving back in May! Cannot wait to get back. Watching videos like yours makes me miss it even more haha. Definitely visiting the sushi place 🤤
No way! That's unreal! You'll be back in sushi heaven soon 😅 hope everything goes well moving back and we're glad we can show you a little bit of home 🙏
There is a Japan town here in Bangkok because there are a lot of Japanese people already moved to lived here now there are more than 100,000+ of Japanese populations here my friend. Also we have Korean town too because there are a lot of Korean people moved to live here too. Hope you guys love Bangkok💕💕💕
I believe where we got ramen in the video was in Japan town as a lot of the signs we're in Japanese but we didn't film the street. We missed Korean town which sounds amazing, gives us a good reason to come back ❤️
Thailand has been influenced by Japan. both prosperity and food But we still haven't forgotten our Thai culture. Makes Bangkok blend between foreign cultures and Thai cultures harmoniously. I'm glad that you enjoyed your visit to Thailand. Thailand is always ready to welcome you.
Loved this video!! I visited Bangkok, Thailand this past Winter from the USA. Thailand def my fav country so far!! Not been to Japan yet, but I imagine the Japanese neighborhood you guys went to (Soi Thaniya) resembled Tokyo very much. We explored Soi Thaniya in Bangkok as well & gave me a feel for what Japan may be like! So many similarities between Thailand & Japan!! The cuisines, culture, community mindset, & even both countries driving on the left as well! 2 stunning Asian countries no matter many differences have so much in common 😃 🇹🇭 🇯🇵
Shaun & Alina, I found your channel by chance. After I finished watching this video So I immediately decided to follow you guys. Thank you for thinking of Thailand as your second home. I'm really glad, you guys are so cute😊😊
In the Ayutthaya period, Siam had Japanese volunteer soldiers. They were samurai who came to adventure in the southeast asia. At that time, there were many Japanese in Ayutthaya until they were able to form a large community. The Siamese King allow them established a Japanese village. in the present day Traces of the Japanese village are still visible. You can visit it at Ayutthaya, the ancient capital.
Sometime I felt Thailand look like Japan polite peoples modern vs old cultures and the Royal family that two countries had.

@@simplyofftrack and @Burger R Thank you so much for your kind words on my beloved country.🤣🙏🇹🇭🇹🇭❤️

Too right! We thought the same. Have you been to Bangkok many times yourself? You seem to know your way around it 😅

as a Thai who love Japanese food, hunting for authentic Ramen in Bangkok can be experience!
Ah stop! One of our favourite things to do is find good food in Bangkok 😂
Sukhumvit and Tong Lor is a relative of the Japanese community with a large number of restaurants. Shops that import a lot of products from Japan
Yes we noticed that, they especially had lots of ramen places!

Thanks for letting us know, hope you enjoyed the video!

Thanks for letting us know about the history of Thailand. We actually went to Ayutthaya in our last video and thought it was AMAZING!
They was called ronin, not samurai. Ronin is the samurai who lost his boss then became mercenary.
I can understand why 😅
It's the best!
Yummy 😊
We're still thinking about it 🤤
Was in Bangkok back in September. Sushiro was very good

Ye that's what we thought, we're big anime nerds so it was great for us 😅

Yes we agree with that!
If you compared the quality of people then a definite NO! Lol
We loved the Thai people! What do you think the difference would be?
Dunno why people are still walking round with them stupid bits of rag on their faces 😂😂
