5:11 That is a very creative invention and I hope Singapore hawkers will use that too because we have a lot of noodle dishes served 'dry' with a bowl of soup. *'Dry' means the noodle is mixed with cooked oil, soy sauce, chilli sauce, or a special sauce.

Worth. Just take too much time to book the table, so the local didn't prioritize Jay Fai as first place to visit.
Jay Fai also far more better than Pad Thai near her place like heaven and hell. That Pad Thai place is tourist trap.
