    If I want to eat decent ensaimada, I have to drive for 4 hours to Goldilocks lol. This recipe indeed looks simple. Btw, we had your Sinamak Chicken Inasal tonight and hubs ended up licking his plate lmao. Thanks so much for all wonderful recipes, chef Tatung. 😘

      It's for home use only. It's not ideal for big production but I'm using Breville.

      True, I tried and follow this recipe in his book, masyado malambot ang dough
      Too much milk at egg ang recipe nya

    If im using instant dry yeast, do i need to proof it or no na? If not need po ba na warm ang milk or pwede room temp lang?

      Pwede dry yeast, no need to bloom. But use warm milk. :)

    Chef ginawa ko to pakpak siya sobrang sticky so dinagdagan ko ng 1 cup flour . Feeling ko it's probably only 1 cup of milk or add 1 and 1/2 cup bread flour 😂😂😂

      Actually, it takes some time lang developing the gluten kaya at the start akala mo basa. The flour needs time to hydrate lang. this recipe is super fluffy

      saken din chef, hindi nagbuo yung dough. It's been in mixer for 30mins na. i did not add flour as in same lang ng recipe mo. Set A looks the same as yours pero pagdating ng set B iba, parang sobra ung yolk. nagmukhang mamon nung naluto haha.
