Actually, it takes some time lang developing the gluten kaya at the start akala mo basa. The flour needs time to hydrate lang. this recipe is super fluffy
saken din chef, hindi nagbuo yung dough. It's been in mixer for 30mins na. i did not add flour as in same lang ng recipe mo. Set A looks the same as yours pero pagdating ng set B iba, parang sobra ung yolk. nagmukhang mamon nung naluto haha.

Pwede dry yeast, no need to bloom. But use warm milk. :)
