My only suggestion n I say this humbly is this; in every punch and kick, put the full force of your energy into it like your trying to kill the opponent for if u do not kill your opponent, they will kill you. In every block, block with the full force of your energy for if u do not, your opponent will destroy you. I say this because in sparring and doing patterns in my life, I was not applying my full life force until the end of my career (Qi/Chee). Had I done so earlier at your age I would have made the Olympics. U got what it takes n I wish u the best n thought I’d take time to share.☯️
