    Just resumed my taekwondo training after 18 years and blue belt is where I stopped last time. Never really intended to stop and I know I want the black belt so badly. So instead of just watching, I decided to join the dojang together with my 10-year old boy. Gonna be having a grading in a month time. After having three kids, I have aches all over my body after each training. Gonna have a hard time rebuilding my stamina, flexibility and agility. So pray for me guys. 😉

    Thank you. This series of videos, breaking down the patterns and then re-assembling them has been very helpful for me so-far

    Thank you for the terrific demonstration! I really appreciate the face-forward demonstrations of the individual movements, and that you re-did the second half of the form face-forward. These movements are very unfamiliar to me and, unlike two other videos I watched, your demonstration permitted me to see the details. Very very useful! I'm using your video to learn this form.

    ITF were the traditional way of taekwondo and WTF is modern taekwondo, although the form changed for specific reason that only the practitioner would understand, one should always respect the tradition because WTF taekwondo would never fully shaped without ITF traditional form.

    Are you taekwondo ITF's practicioner Mr. Roy Strang?? I've seen the videos you have in your account and all of them are WTF pumses, I think you should read a little of the taekwondo ITF 's encyclopedia written by General Choi. On the other hand, I can't see anything wrong with the size of her pants , I think you do't make any constructive criticism . Courtesy , integrity ...... "DO"

    Wow thanks I need to learn Joong Gun for my red tag too, I just got my blue today. This is helpful but what do you mean by Joong Gun Tul? Dose it mean like, how do I say this...
    Oh like in your own time?

    • @nicoleolagesin2640
      @nicoleolagesin2640 7 років тому

      TheCrazyGamers Joong gun is the name of a Korean patriot who assassinated the governor. They don't mean in your own time, it's just that before starting a pattern (Tul) the instructor tells you if you should do it in your own time or to their count.

    Beautifully executed...only thing wrong is when you go to do the upper elbow strike....your elbow is striking up more to the right and left, not the Centre of your target. Stance is somewhat wide in some but otherwise very good :)
