That's amazing Sam and you seem to be getting down the taekwondo pattern more and more keep up the good work overall. I have a question for you do you plan to be a fifth degree black belt in taekwondo overall and would you be extremely emotional when that day comes and how would you react whenever you do accomplish that feat?🥋🦶🏻
Its sinewave and while you may think it has no effect it actually does help generate speed and power. It's really emphasized during all of the Tuls because our Tuls are not rushed like in other martial arts.
After 14 years out I need a refresher of the patterns and this is by far the most detailed I've come across. Thank you 😊🙏🏻
Thanks. I am going for my blue belt after almost a 20-year break. This is helpful.

Why do you bend your knees when you punch? That has no effect other than to make you look odd.
