NOTE: TURMERIC won't stain natural teeth. If it stains, it is temporary and goes away in a couple of hours. If having crowns/caps please avoid turmeric
Holding position of the brush is important. You just hold with two or 3 fingers and start brushing with gentle circular motion. Holding with 2 fingers automatically reduces the pressure you put on the teeth. Use little circular motion for front teeth and back forth motion for back teeth. Do this step in the morning.
At night time, avoid brushing, but follow this remedy.
1. Rinse off your mouth. Take 1 tablespoon or little more of water and toss in a pinch of Himalayan pink salt. Now rinse off your mouth with this. This will flush out your mouth and prepares it for next step.
2. Step 2 is Oil pulling with Ayurvedic solution.
Take 2 tea spoons of sesame oil in a mortar & pestle system. Toss in a little over half tea spoon of Cloves into it. Now crush it gently. Clove and sesame oil combination works efficiently for all teeth and gum diseases. Now strain this oil. You can make this sesame clove oil in large amount and store it.
Now, mix 1 tea spoon of this with 1 tablespoon water.
Do oil pulling with this solution for 1 minute in the beginning. Over the days you can do oil pulling for 3 to 5 minutes also. It’s basically swishing this solution, b/w gums and teeth quickly. Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurveda remedy that works like miracle for all teeth and gum diseases. This helps in clearing off plaque, bacteria and prevents diseases like gingivitis. Not only that, it heals the receding gums and helps them to recover and grow quickly. Once we are done, spit it out.
3. Step 3 is applying Turmeric Gel
Take ½ teaspoon of turmeric. Add equal amount of water, to make it thick paste like this. With the help of fingers, just gently apply this on your gums and teeth going in circular motion. Wait for 1 minute and rinse off your mouth with fresh water. Turmeric has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that can heal gum infections and tooth decay.
You should not eat anything 1 hour before or after this remedy. This remedy not only prevents receding gums, but also treats sensitive teeth and provides teeth whitening.

I dealt with tooth pain all day today so I went searching and came across this video! I am a natural nut so this was something I definitely wanted to try! Even after one time my tooth doesn't hurt anymore! I am happy to have came across this video 🙏
I went to see a dentist about a tooth ache and after a consultation with x rays nothing was found. As the referential pain decreased I could tell it was a certain point along my upper gum line that was the source of pain. I found this video yesterday and did this once right away and again before sleep. The tenderness is almost all gone.
Thanks so much.
I can attest to this. I am one who is using the original recipe. When I go to the dentist he says my gum is beautiful and is in better condition that his gum. I make this oil pulling in a big batch for a month and let it ferment for weeks before using it. He is the real deal not just looking for likes. keep up the good work and God bless you
Terrific. How often do you oil pull? Do you or did you have receding gums? Are they better now after oil pulling?
Thank you so much for this great ayurveda method of healing the teeth and gums. I look forward to trying it. Blessings to you 🙏
Thank you for sharing, this is what we need!

Do we do it daily? Or how many times a week you didn't mention that?
@@bhatbasit8614 He said every other day but l do it every day and it works well😊
Brilliant knowledge!
Im on it! i want to keep my teeth and keep them healthy.
Wonderful info.Thank you
Je vais essayer rapidement les soins préconisés. Merci pour le partage!
I have read where olive oil by itself is good for teeth. So I am going to try this with Olive Oil and see how it does. Thanks
A Million thanks🙏🏻💕
Thank you
Often times… it’s aggressive brushing and also, NOT FLOSSING! Best advise I received from a dentist was clean healthy and clean gums > clean teeth… if you take care of your gums, your teeth will also be cleaned but as a secondary focus… then floss & the simple adjustment to my brushing technique. My teeth and gums are the healthiest that they’ve been since going to the dentist and have also reversed my receding gums. Take this video for a grain of salt and perhaps add this to your regime but also take other necessary steps in your dental hygiene to avoid gum disease.
Thank you very much Doctor. Will give it try.
Thank you very much-- will be following your advice. Your teeth look great.
as a Western guy im surprised how much we do wrong cus one wants to make money. i kept asking mt dentist this over and over.. no solution.. i'm gonne give this a try see what it does!
I will try it out this way 👍 thanks you
Thank you for the info

You’re welcome 😊
Am happy saw results on my first trial

Yup! When the doctor told me I had receding gum lines, I didn’t understand bc I brush my teeth & take care of my teeth well, plus no smoking, drinking, or eating candy.
You may be brushing too hard
Thank you💙
Thank you!!

Thank you 🇬🇧
Thank you for your video
Hi - what about the inside of the teeth? Thank you.
thank you for an awesome video im going to start tonight
Thank you so much!!! Bless you❤
Thank YOU🙏🏻😁💛
I am trying this atm, but I should advise that you should STOP SUGAR in any form or way. no chocolate or sweet!! sugar is a killer. bacteria gets energy from sugar.
Good luck 👍🏻
Will try the first option with cloves and sesame oil. Thank you.
It's a 3-step process. You have to do it all - can't pick and choose which steps to do.
1 - Rinsing Stage (Prepare)
2 - Bacteria Removal Stage (Kill)
3 - Rejuvenation Stage (Heal)
Will it work even if already bone-loss started?
Hi! Thank you for the video! How long can this be stored? Does it matter if it’s stored in or out of the fridge?
No need to put in the fridge.make for a month and use ...tension free
The video can be stored indefinitely.
Bone structure effects the gum line for most people. When the bone shrinks, it looks like the gums are receding. Bone health is vital.
how do you take care of bone health?
super analogy truth spoken.
@@carole7489 Good food, supplements as needed, salt water rinses to decrease bacteria. There is a lot of information out there to view. Bad Bugs is a good video too, for oral care, it's very informative.
Yes.please don't recommend oil pulling .it will worsen enamel.I experienced and I share my opinion
Are the Substitutes for the sesame oil? Can coconut or avocado oil be used instead?
Thank you.
Thanks so much
I've done this, it works!
Hi, I am wondering how long it took to get result for receding gums?
How much time it take can you please tell
Can u please explain your experience and if this helped HEAL AND REGROW your gums?
Hi I did this and the second day I saw my gums from red turned to pink!
@@jordanmitchell9742I didn't have receding gums or bad teeth, I've always taken good care of my teeth and oral health but I used to have a strong sweet tooth as well and was eating a lot of junk food and not the healthiest types of food and eventually got a nagging pain under the gum line of one of my lower teeth, I was afraid I would have to go and get a root canal, but I found this video, started doing this (plus cut out all the junk food and started eating healthier and trying to lead a healthier lifestyle in general) and I forget how long it took but the pain eventually went away. I was doing this daily I believe, it was almost 2 years ago exactly. I still do this every once in a while like a week or so, at least a few times a month, plus a few other things to keep good oral health including just brushing teeth and flossing in general, I don't use conventional toothpaste that has fluoride which is bad for you, or carageenan, and if you want to make your own toothpaste: coconut oil, baking soda, and hydrogen peroxide and that's it, could also add either some cloves or clove oil or cinnamon but you don't have to.
Thank you, will have to give this a try. I do have a question if you have time to answer. When applying the turmeric paste I notice you did only the front of the teeth. I'm assuming one should apply it to all teeth surface? Thanks again.
I wonder about the same thing. Should I apply on the inside as well????
Excellent service 👏
Can we replace the sesame oil for coconut oil???
Thanks ❤
Thank you
We have to apply daily? Or once in a week?
Please make video on eye strain
I did oil pulling with coconut oil and it caused severe sensitivity. 1x a day. Organic cold pressed.😔
Thank you so much for this video! Just one question: is it possible to use the coco oil instead of sesame oil? It will be the same effect?
I mix the two but yes you can use coco oil... Taste better too!
Thank you for this video. Is there a reason to use sesame oil over another? Also, with the turmeric powder…would it also work using fresh aloe gel to mix verses water?
I suppose it is recommended because sesame seeds are extremely high in organic calcium...
@@pismobiics825 okay…thank you so much. I did not know that.
Sesame oil is ayurvedic recommendation for this.
any of these oils work. olive/coconut/sesame/sunflower oil
Will inflammation of teeth and bleeding gums go away..
Hello,
My root canal appointment tomorrow can I cancel my appointment and try this from today regularly?
Is it okay? Will this work?
Thanks for sharing , have you tried using Wheatgrass for gum & teeth health ?
Is that a better option. Just want to know and try it
You can use it to improve your general health as well , only 1 teaspoon in a glass of warm water on mornings & at nite before bedtime , dont use sugar or milk
what about coconut oil pulling?
I gotta do ths . Thnx
Thanks for a healthy process. I just tried it. For how many days it is supposed to be done (I have a little loose tooth and am feeling sensitivity around it). Also can it done daily and for how many days?
Make it a normal routine...it works
You can do it daily or alternate days. You can plan a working routine for you
question: can we use ground clove?
Thanks
What kind of cloves are those??
I believe this probably works but is there any premade products like this that I can buy?
This looks like it would take about 15 to 20 minutes to do all the mixing and applying and everything and to be honest I’m not sure I have that kind of time lol
I am allergic to sesame. Can any other oil be substituted? Many thanks.
Most oils will do, probably coconut oil is the best alternative
*D.. Will Try This...*
My grand father used to do this .he had strong teeth.used to chew mutton bones to powder.
Correct. My grandfather and many of my elderly relatives used to practice oil pulling daily in the morning. They used have stronger teeth, younger skin and it helped them to DETOX. Thanks for sharing this.
2 weeks on my journey for gums healing
Nice
thank you I use coconut oil is that good too??? i do it for 20 minutes is that to much???
for beginngers 5 minutes more than enough
I have a cavity that just started showing. Will this help with that
How about using any other alternative of sesame oil?
Suggest me which one
I have olive oil, coconut oil, amla oil, mustard oil at home
I use coconut oil for about 10 15 20 minutes a teaspoon full it works great..
Bhat Basit....you can use olive oil or coconut oil.
Will the turmeric stain my teeth?
Do you have anything for dry mouth and tongue?
I’m very happy with Oxyfresh Mouthwash, the 3.8 liter bottle!
It seems like the turmeric would cause yellowing of the teeth. Are you sure that it will not discolor teeth?
Turmeric won't stain natural teeth. If it stains, it is temporary and goes away in a couple of hours.
If having crowns/caps please avoid turmeric
Will it recover receding gums after braces?
has anybody tried this then their gums grown back?
Gums don't grow back unfortunately. I'm scrolling the comments to see if someone has though. That would be a miracle and I do believe in miracles.
Yes definitely not but it gives strength to teeth gums and jow..
Imma try turmeric and 🥥 oil pull
Can clove oil be substituted for crushed cloves, please?
Yes you can. Just add 1 drop
Does the turmeric stain teeth and gums? I know it’ll stain my fingers when handling during cooking.
Nope.

@@BreakTheSnow thanks for the confirmation
If I need to skip turmeric due to staining caps, will the first 2 steps still help to heal and grow back gums? Any replacement for the turmeric?
yes they do. Neem powder is a good alternative
@@BreakTheSnow great thanks for reply! I have heard of neem oil for deterring bugs on vegetable plants, but haven't heard of neem powder. I guess I will do some online searching to see where to obtain it.
@@kc4091 you can buy neem powder on ebay x
@@christinedennison7770 thanks!
@@BreakTheSnow is neem oil also good instead of neem powder?
Hi bro, do we need to follow this method everyday before bedtime?
Of course. Yes
everyday or alternate days
Just from the comments, something tells me i will be fine with just clove water rinse after every meal, light brushing with fluoride toothpaste, olive oil for pulling. And of course, diet changes..no sodas, sugary foods etc
My teeth became so bright yellow after turmeric! What should I do with this? Is it possible to substitute turmeric with anything?
LMAO scammed by another street shit ter. That was your first mistake.
After one spits the oil out, is it best to rinse the mouth out with water or just leave the residual oil in the mouth?
Never swallow the oil after swilling as it contains all the toxins and bacteria that have been pulled out from teeth. Spit out and rinse mouth with purified water 😊
SESAME OIL IS HARD TO FIND WHERE I LIVE, HOW ABOUT COCONUT OIL W/ THE CLOVES INSTEAD OF THE SESAME??
THANK YOU FOR THE IMPORTANT INFO🙏🏾 🌺☮️💟🌺

Angeles Rivera...you can use olive oil, coconut oil instead of sesame oil.
Coconut oil is the best. Use it over all other oils
any of these oils work. olive/coconut/sesame/sunflower oil
@@BreakTheSnow Hi, cant you floss in between meals before the rinse in the evening?
I did oil pulling for a few days with coconut oil, 15 to 20 minutes, as advised by another ayurveda practitioner. My sensitivity became much worse, so I stopped. Do you think I was doing it for too long? My teeth are okay but I have receding gums.
Have you tried Wheat grass for your receeding gum , make a paste with a little water & 1/2 teaspoon wheatgrass powder & swish around for 5 min then spit it out & dont eat or drink anything for 1 hr after
Same plus my cholesterol shot up high!
The mouth is where digestion initially starts - absorption via your tounge.
Don't use coconut oil - it becomes solid when cold so is a saturated oil hence cholesterol.
Use Olive oil - it is naturally produced by simply pressing the Olives, so will not solidify.
Sesame is a seed so the oil is produced via an unnatural heat / chemical process.
Therefore some people can have a sensitivity / reaction to Sesame - as with other seed or grain extracted oils.
Also, try bicarbonate of soda instead of Himalayan salt.
Bicarb is antibacterial so promotes oral health.
Cloves are good - it's been used medicinally for decades specifically for it's oral health benefits such as pain relief etc .
I only checked out this clip because my sister recently mentioned that her dentist said she had receding gums etc.
So my above alternative suggestions/ recommendations - as to what ingredients to use instead , are based upon my own health practice knowledge etc.
I did oil pulling with sesame oil after watching one of his videos in the past. In just 5 days of doing it daily, I have developed some serious problem in my nasal track like some valve got opened. Whatever I eat partially goes into my nasal passage and causes pain and sudden outbreak of sneezes as the body tries to get rid of the foreign material in the nasal passage. I don't know how oil pulling is working for other people. For me it was a bad experience.
ممكن الزيت الذي استعمله مغشوشة أو عينة رديئة .
Oil pulling for 1 to 3 minutes or 10 to 15 minutes? I saw it in both your vids and since i am one for fast N easy what is better?
According to other videos on the subject, the longer the better.
How long does it take to see the effects?
I would say at least 4 weeks.
When do i floss?
Does it have to be sesame oil, it's quite expensive hard to find in the UK?
No you can use coconut oil but make sure it's certified organic😊
What? I use turmeric in cooking and sometimes golden milk. It stains everything it touches badly. How can you recommend it for teeth?
This is not a tutorial for whitening teeth.. IF you are concerned about appearance there are lots of solutions for you.

Feel feel to replace it with Neem powder if you like to.
Surprisingly, I found it whitened my teeth.
Tastes really nice but it made my teeth very yellow

I have a question. Can I just put the turmeric on my gum and not teeth since I have bridges and crowns.
What was the answer that you got to your question? YooToob will not let me see the reply.
No! He answered to this question few times above. U shouldn't use turmeric on ur crowns.
