THOUSANDS OF POSITIVE TESTIMONIALS, TONS OF PEOPLE REPORTING THIS IS WORKING! DAILY WE ARE SEEING PEOPLE GETTING BENEFIT FROM THIS. GLAD TO HEAR THAT. PLEASE TRY IF YOU HAVE NOT ALREADY TRIED THIS!!
Note: This is a reupload of original video. The Original Video which got over 7 Million Views, has to be deleted due to background music issue.
But I carried some testimonials into this video and I thank all my subscribers and Vieweres for liking the video and getting benefited from that.
NOTE: TURMERIC won't stain natural teeth. If it stains, it is temporary and goes away in a couple of hours. If having crowns/caps please avoid turmeric
Holding position of the brush is important. You just hold with two or 3 fingers and start brushing with gentle circular motion. Holding with 2 fingers automatically reduces the pressure you put on the teeth. Use little circular motion for front teeth and back forth motion for back teeth. Do this step in the morning.
At night time, avoid brushing, but follow this remedy.
    1. Rinse off your mouth. Take 1 tablespoon or little more of water and toss in a pinch of Himalayan pink salt. Now rinse off your mouth with this. This will flush out your mouth and prepares it for next step.
    2. Step 2 is Oil pulling with Ayurvedic solution.
Take 2 tea spoons of sesame oil in a mortar & pestle system. Toss in a little over half tea spoon of Cloves into it. Now crush it gently. Clove and sesame oil combination works efficiently for all teeth and gum diseases. Now strain this oil. You can make this sesame clove oil in large amount and store it.
Now, mix 1 tea spoon of this with 1 tablespoon water.
Do oil pulling with this solution for 1 minute in the beginning. Over the days you can do oil pulling for 3 to 5 minutes also. It’s basically swishing this solution, b/w gums and teeth quickly. Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurveda remedy that works like miracle for all teeth and gum diseases. This helps in clearing off plaque, bacteria and prevents diseases like gingivitis. Not only that, it heals the receding gums and helps them to recover and grow quickly. Once we are done, spit it out.
    3. Step 3 is applying Turmeric Gel
Take ½ teaspoon of turmeric. Add equal amount of water, to make it thick paste like this. With the help of fingers, just gently apply this on your gums and teeth going in circular motion. Wait for 1 minute and rinse off your mouth with fresh water. Turmeric has anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties that can heal gum infections and tooth decay.
You should not eat anything 1 hour before or after this remedy. This remedy not only prevents receding gums, but also treats sensitive teeth and provides teeth whitening.

I went to see a dentist about a tooth ache and after a consultation with x rays nothing was found. As the referential pain decreased I could tell it was a certain point along my upper gum line that was the source of pain. I found this video yesterday and did this once right away and again before sleep. The tenderness is almost all gone.
    Thanks so much.

Often times… it’s aggressive brushing and also, NOT FLOSSING! Best advise I received from a dentist was clean healthy and clean gums > clean teeth… if you take care of your gums, your teeth will also be cleaned but as a secondary focus… then floss & the simple adjustment to my brushing technique. My teeth and gums are the healthiest that they’ve been since going to the dentist and have also reversed my receding gums. Take this video for a grain of salt and perhaps add this to your regime but also take other necessary steps in your dental hygiene to avoid gum disease.

@@jordanmitchell9742I didn't have receding gums or bad teeth, I've always taken good care of my teeth and oral health but I used to have a strong sweet tooth as well and was eating a lot of junk food and not the healthiest types of food and eventually got a nagging pain under the gum line of one of my lower teeth, I was afraid I would have to go and get a root canal, but I found this video, started doing this (plus cut out all the junk food and started eating healthier and trying to lead a healthier lifestyle in general) and I forget how long it took but the pain eventually went away. I was doing this daily I believe, it was almost 2 years ago exactly. I still do this every once in a while like a week or so, at least a few times a month, plus a few other things to keep good oral health including just brushing teeth and flossing in general, I don't use conventional toothpaste that has fluoride which is bad for you, or carageenan, and if you want to make your own toothpaste: coconut oil, baking soda, and hydrogen peroxide and that's it, could also add either some cloves or clove oil or cinnamon but you don't have to.

After one spits the oil out, is it best to rinse the mouth out with water or just leave the residual oil in the mouth?

Never swallow the oil after swilling as it contains all the toxins and bacteria that have been pulled out from teeth. Spit out and rinse mouth with purified water 😊

I did oil pulling for a few days with coconut oil, 15 to 20 minutes, as advised by another ayurveda practitioner. My sensitivity became much worse, so I stopped. Do you think I was doing it for too long? My teeth are okay but I have receding gums.

The mouth is where digestion initially starts - absorption via your tounge.
Don't use coconut oil - it becomes solid when cold so is a saturated oil hence cholesterol.
Use Olive oil - it is naturally produced by simply pressing the Olives, so will not solidify.
Sesame is a seed so the oil is produced via an unnatural heat / chemical process.
Therefore some people can have a sensitivity / reaction to Sesame - as with other seed or grain extracted oils.
Also, try bicarbonate of soda instead of Himalayan salt.
Bicarb is antibacterial so promotes oral health.
Cloves are good - it's been used medicinally for decades specifically for it's oral health benefits such as pain relief etc .
I only checked out this clip because my sister recently mentioned that her dentist said she had receding gums etc.
So my above alternative suggestions/ recommendations - as to what ingredients to use instead , are based upon my own health practice knowledge etc.

I did oil pulling with sesame oil after watching one of his videos in the past. In just 5 days of doing it daily, I have developed some serious problem in my nasal track like some valve got opened. Whatever I eat partially goes into my nasal passage and causes pain and sudden outbreak of sneezes as the body tries to get rid of the foreign material in the nasal passage. I don't know how oil pulling is working for other people. For me it was a bad experience.

Turmeric won't stain natural teeth. If it stains, it is temporary and goes away in a couple of hours.
If having crowns/caps please avoid turmeric
Feel feel to replace it with Neem powder if you like to.
