As someone who knows a girl who was murdered by her stalker, this video feels dangerous to me. I would honestly advise deleting and seeking professional help instead. NONE of this is your fault NONE. However, this video is giving him attention that will only fuel the fire. Nobody needs to see this - you don't owe anybody the story. protect yourself instead.

As someone who was stalked for years in high school and college- PLEASE delete this. Any kind of attention whether good or bad fuels it. This is not a laughing matter and can seriously be life threatening.
She doesn’t care to delete it because she doesn’t actually care about the stalker. She loves the attention. It makes her feel desired and important. The same way she invites the stalker into her life, is the same way she’s welcoming all these comments. She wants people to pay attention to her - negatively or positively.

Yes! I was stalked in middle school and really, the only thing he was doing was calling our house phone (landline!!!!!) 100s of times. Stalkers are demented. Hope she reevaluates how she’s handling this but it’s already out smh :/

Yes. Please find a professional or read up on the psychology of a stalker. Stalkers are delusional (not as an insult, but genuinely delusional) and he will see this as a special video made for him. This situation is not your fault, but you are possibly putting yourself in even more danger by making this video. The police are most likely useless in this situation, but there are experts on stalking and/or psychology and they can help you with what you can do personally to try to stay safe and increase the chances of him quitting. Again, it's not your fault this is happening, but this could get really really dangerous and any precautions you can take are worth it.

Your mother actually opened the door when she was home alone and then let him know your dad wasn't home. you do a video all about him. Can't believe after all the strange gifts at her door, after feeling the need to tip toe to the door, after observing a strange man dressed all in black running away, she felt fine to open the door, bring into her home a strangely wrapped shopping bag - contents unknown, and perform a dramatic 'unboxing' in front of the camera for her audience while making sure she put her hands all over every item in the bag in the process instead of calling police first. Sometime after filming her content she calls police, but allows two vulnerable female relatives to confront him on their own.
Something bizarre going on with her. Viewership momentum going down? Hitting a wall as a content creator? Whatever is going on, she seems thrilled to have the new content. Perhaps she subscribes to the advice to never let an opportunity, or a crisis go to waste? Perhaps there's more this than meets the eye.
@@1strights I agree with everything you say, and I'm going to give her the benefit of the doubt that she is quite traumatised by all of this and sometimes people respond to this kind of trauma by letting everyone know and talking about it to try and make sense of it.. definitely going about this the wrong way tho

As soon as she realized who he was and called her husband (showing he was in fact, NOT home) instead of immediately closing the door and calling the cops, I literally face palmed. She may as well have offered him to wait inside with a cup of coffee until her daughter got home.

I’m honestly terrified for her, I wish she hadn’t done this video. I had a stalker who turned up in the hospital ward I was in and sat down beside me, I had just gave birth to my daughter four hours before hand!!! This is seriously the wrong move, uploading this! Too scary by far engaging with him, they feed off it. I thought if I could just talk to mine he would understand and leave me alone!!! WRONG!! He even mentions ‘feeding’ off another woman he is aware of !!! My stomach is in naughts watching this. I hope she takes it down, I know she is trying to educate others but not at the expense of this nutter ‘feeding off her’!!! What to do? It’s so awful😔

This girl is so naive. She’s putting herself in a harmful situation. Makes sense with the way mom was acting. Smiling the whole time, like she couldn’t wait to share with her best girlfriends what crazy, exciting thing just happened to her all for the gram and the drama of it all.

I've never heard of this girl before but from the movie theatre video I got the sense that already knew who her aunt and sister were before, I'm assuming from videos/socials?
My mom had a stalker once, and he followed her mom into a store, thinking it was her, and she waited till he followed her outside to then threaten him with the shotgun she had in the back of her truck. Basically told him she'd murder him if she ever saw him again. Knowing my Grandma she probably would. Long story short, they never saw him again after that.
“I have a stalker.” *Then proceeds to share more personal information about where my parents live and wear an identifiable sweatshirt* I think you’re taking this too lightly to share with the world for content.

Girl I’m sorry but you should not put your mom/aunt/sister in those positions. Call the police!! They might not be able to do much but they can most definitely escort if need be/tell him to leave. putting your own family members in direct conversations with him is dangerous and may just feed his delusion because he’s “meeting” your family

1. It could be seen as a declaration of love and acknowledgment, which might lead the individual to become more obsessive and potentially attempt to kidnap you or try to enter your apartment
2. It could be perceived as a humiliating rejection, possibly pushing the individual to harm both themselves and you!!

I have gone through this. If they are stalking you they are at a fragile point in their life. This guy who stalked my sister acted with violence because my mother called the cops on him and he saw it as a sign from my sister to attack my family. They see things differently and think certain actions are signs of action.. This could be a sign of a video for them, they could think you are being held against your will to post this. Be careful.
Posting about him is giving him exactly the attention he seeks.
unfortunately, but using her platform to clearly speak out on it can also be used to cut down any crazy accusations that stranger wants to throw. Having it out there, makes it so more serious actions need to be done by the police as she has done everything in her control to stop this.
On that note of attention-seeking........... I know she probably means well, or actually, may not be doing very well and in full denial. But this video is in the wrong direction in handling what is obviously a hazardous situation.

It could be that she wants all this information out there in one video, all the evidence in one place. No matter what's the situation, do NOT open the door to a stranger. The part where your mother opens the door and speaks, i was so scared to hear him having a secret weapon or something. You never know if they're gonna hurt you physically too. Those stalker psychos are scary af and they can do unexpected things. Keep in mind.

As someone who has been stalked previously, I find this video wild. Someone stalking you is not entertainment, it's a dangerous situation that can escalate so rapidly. The response of the people around you is ghastly - confirming their relationships to you, where you stay 🤦♀ I almost hope you've made this up because if this is a real situation, you're in danger and you've just publicly validated his contact attempts.

The scariest red flag in all of this was completely missed. 20:21 "Looks like `Blue Beast` is near my place". He's clearly put a tracker/air tag on your car. That's how you keep "crossing paths". This video feels way too casual and flippant for the actual issue at hand and it worries me for you and your family. This has moved into EXTREME & DANGEROUS stalker territory here and you need to be taking every precaution to protect yourself. Continue to document EVERYTHING, MOVE somewhere with higher security, put cameras everywhere, add additional security to your windows and doors, and consider acquiring a weapon to protect yourself with. Police reports and restraining orders only get you so far, and clearly the police reports have not been a deterrent to him or else he would have ceased this behavior. At the end of the day a restraining order is just a piece of paper and it doesn't actually physically prevent your stalker from showing up anywhere you are... it just forces him to get smarter and sneakier about how he does it. There are many stories of women dying this way, Christina Grimmie and most recently Zohreh Sadeghi come to mind. PLEASE be so so careful!!! This man is very unwell and will stop at nothing!

MOVE! Move now! I was stalked and almost killed over 30 yrs ago. I had to be put back together by doctors. I deal with pain 24/7. My world shifted and I have been forced to live a half life ever since. I would not wish it on anyone! My horror began when I chose a particular breezeway during high school and dared to say HI in passing. That is all it took to light the match. What happened to me happened before we had a cyber lane. I sort of stumbled onto your video because of its title . I shuddered when you said you were in UTAH I was instantly even more afraid for you (I have a permanent order of protection and I am notified when my stalker moves and I was told he lives in UTAH right now). I was glad you included that video - not the same guy! Thankfully. But I tell you plainly- DO NOT MINIMIZE this. DO NOT TRY TO JUST LET IT ROLL OFF YOUR BACK. DO NOT MAKE A SINGLE EXCUSE for him. DO NOT ASSUME IT WILL PASS.
He and you share(d) an apartment complex and common elevator? That really sends up a RED FLAG for me. MOVE! If you are determined to stand your ground (and adopt the misguided dangerous posture that leaving would demonstrate weakness and you won't let someone have that sort of control or influence) then you need to realize you MUST AMP up your personal safety practices. ( have moved multiple times and realize it is better for ME to find a new place to come home and feel more safe and throw the stalker off (and make him do more work to FIND ME) than stand my ground. I count each move as an opportunity to explore a new place! You can also consider moving where you are enveloped by family. At one point I moved to where my grandparents AND a ton of family lived (an Uncle was SHERIFF) which helped me feel even more safe and at that time I really needed all the help I could get! UTAH is MORMON Central and that church has a sophisticated societal structure that is supposed to help members of the church with any need. If you are a member, wonder what they could offer or provide ????
No matter where I live. Here are my suggestions for you (and anyone dealing with a stalker or in fear of someone who hurt them who is now out of prison)
TO DO LIST:
1- buy joggers pepper spray. I use Guard DOG (can buy it on Amazon). It is attached to a glove, fits like part of your hand. Sprays 16 ft. Fits easily in your bag. Make sure the switch on off when you put it in your purse. Don't leave home without it ON! Just don't leave or keep it in your car. Put it on before you open your door and before you exit your vehicle.
2. If possible, get a doorbell camera. Maybe see if management and you can work together.
3. Put Security lock on your doors - I don't mean just front door either. I use "Childproof Home Security Door Lock, 800 lbs Withstand Reinforcement with 3 Inch Stop" and I have them on EVERY exterior door AND two interior doors that help make my SAFE ROOM upstairs.
4. If your car doesn't have a dashcam - get one! And lowjack your car or use some tracker device. I have all three.
5. Set up a security swaddle - someone or a group of someones you text your movements. I hate to bother folks so I use only hubby. He knows he doesn't have to reply. It is a record I make of my movements so if I don't show up somewhere police will have a location point as near in time as possible to start to figure out what happened. Before I leave the house I text him and let him know where I plan to go (may be a list of places). Then as I arrive, I let him know cryptically I arrived and when I leave that location. YOU NEED TO aggressively create a security detail.
6. Try not to be alone when you are out and about. It pains me when I read about Mollie Tibbitts and more recently Laken Riley. Young women grow up and think their independence allows them a freedom to safely go from A to B. Some can blissfully navigate and not be harmed. But with each new day that freedom is disappearing for most women of any age in the USA. And for anyone who is contending with a stalker - that freedom evaporated and you would be wise to not try to tempt fate. There is good reason to adopt a pack/partner protocol whenever you can.
7. Put a few lamps in different rooms on timers and when you are home - DON"T let anyone looking from outside be able to isolate which room you are in. BUY black our drapes to make it more difficult for anyone watching to know what is happening on the inside.
8- double lock your windows using some sort of jammer, I use dowel rods. If you have a sliding glass door, make sure you sensor it and use a jammer lock too.
Some final thoughts - I have had to navigate this while our Nation and the world added a cyber lane. I have two desires -
- our CONGRESS would change the US from OPT OUT to OPT IN (like most of the rest of the world!) It would allow each of us to live more fuller lives without surrendering and compromising our personal safety
- CONGRESS and/or FCC/FTC would be forced to better manage whom they allow to use their services. Specifically - when I went through what I did , AT&T had to set a trap (literally) on various phone lines - my home, my employment site(s) - I was working four jobs to pay off medical bills so there were several. Each time he called he often used pay phones- I or the person who answered had to dial back in using a specific code so that call would be trapped by the carrier. A person from AT&T was in court with a trolley of huge record books for the calls. NOW a days we have cell phones, not landlines or some other device where calls/communication occurs. There are still communication carriers but when it comes to being harassed or stalked by someone - sure the prey/victim can block the stalker BUT are there records being kept by the SERVICE PROVIDER? Laws have changed. And from my chair not for the better when it comes to stalkers imo. It is now easier for them to track a victim AND maneuver in the shadows and more difficult for the victim (especially if the victim is not in the same jurisdiction) to find help to SOLVE the matter or set up a legal trap for the stalker if he persists . It really boils down to who is the local law enforcement and just what laws they CAN use.
IF we had laws that forced the CARRIERS to deliver to our devices the actual originator's (stalkers) call information it would be a terrific first step. It would also help stamp out Nigerian fraud attempts mainly targeting seniors who think some laws are still there and that when crime happens law enforcement can act. For victims of stalkers , and fraud (including squatters) - right now our govt puts the burden on the victim and does not even bother to make sure the communication traffic supplier/provider has to help! The criminal and the Provider who aided the criminal by allowing their platform to be used are shielded legally. The victims - not at all. This needs to change.
We used to have National Public Safety that paved the way for us. Somewhere along the way all shifted to protect the criminals who make our communities unsafe and who are responsible for causing harm. We need our safety net BACK!
She also shouldn’t be blocking him! Stalkers over-communicate and WILL tell you what their plans for you are. You need to be aware of their plans to ensure your safety. I’m flabbergasted at how much danger she’s putting herself and her family in by doing the opposite of what she should be doing right now!

I honestly wouldn’t have posted this. It can go one of two ways. It will either encourage him, or the public humiliation/rejection will spark a rage in him and cause him to retaliate. He obviously isn’t mentally stable. I feel like all this would have done is put you in more danger. Especially since you said in the video "I didn't want him to know it's me living here alone" so know when he watches this. He knows you live alone. Now he knows where your entire family lives and when they came out the house he confirmed where you will be at all times. You let him FaceTime your dad???

I love all the professionals in the comments when the actual professionals don't even do anything about this until a major crime is committed. The laws are not for victims and the police don't protect victims. They investigate crimes and only the ones that they feel like it or feel like they would be able to do anything about.

I don't think she has a stalker. I've had a stalker and I ended up calling the police, filing a report, moving address, and to this day I don't post on instagram or any social media. Notice how my avatar is of a random cat on the internet (I am super incognito at all times). I think she just had an admirer that she probably led on, so that she could take screenshots of his texts, and try to paint him as deranged as possible for clout.

Plus you laugh throughout this video which makes it seem less serious, and the way you frame all of this as a “story time” makes it feel like entertainment when it’s actually very scary for you and your family. This man is obviously not mentally well / stable so you need to be proactive - contact the police, don’t post photos / anything about your location in “real time” on socials, etc. please be safe!
