You’re lying about the kid with glasses in the store who said he didn’t. Basically all preds who get caught do not cry and do not keep saying I didn’t in desperation. I’ve seen the whole unedited version of the kids video and not only do I believe him, but how easily you can tarnish someone’s name. Lawyer would eat that case up. That was not the cry’s of a guilty person. I can’t STAND when people make something that is easily manipulated. There is a lot more to that video that I could explain but he’s innocent. In the words of Greta Thunberg…..HOW DARE YOU!

it was a situation that checked a lot ofboxes to make her more likely to decide to help: no or very few other bystanders to make her feel less responsible, an extremely relateable victim of the same age, gender, and race, enrolled in the same college, and the location was basically a gated community in which both lived, which likely provided both increased confidence and the sense that one has some authority to decide what the rules are. and I suppose she also would have expected backup because she knew other people would hear... but apparently not, it sounds like none of the other witnesses, including even ones who saw part of the first girl's attack, intervened at all. 😒

Oh no, buddy, she definitely bears part of the responsibility. That fræk was in and out stalking her child multiple times before grabbing her. She was not monitoring her children. Being in a store doesn't mean you let your kids run wild. If her brother had not seen it, I guarantee that little girl would have been ræped, probably multiple times, and maybe even killed.
The parents aren't responsible for what he tried to do, but are very much responsible for watching their children.
We had a couple people stalk us at the mall with our daughter last December. We NOTICED immediately after getting off the bus because we pay attention. We NOTICED them skulking around corners and openly staring at her as she ran around with us right there for hours, no matter how far we walked through the mall. They just kept skulking around the corners watching her.
I finally had my husband hide in a restroom and watch as I ran her around an open area at a store opening that wasn't very crowded, and soon as he disappeared, the guy got on his phone and told his partner to pull the car up now and he was gonna get it done. He nearly shat himself when he realized my husband was standing next to him and ran. Heard him telling the other person "they caught me, hurry up!"
If parents do their jobs and actually watch their kids and surroundings, this disgusting cråp wouldn't happen as often.

It’s a symptom of women’s socialization, not some crazy conspiracy. “Smile more”, you should be “happier”, don’t be “overdramatic”, think about how your emotions “impact others” (and more) are all conditioning messages responsible for the come-across you’re seeing. She was in a moment of vulnerability and either felt pressured to “act proper” for her friend or welcomed the short distraction from the trauma she’s processing (Note: many women are taught to compartmentalize their emotions). I seriously don’t see anything out of the ordinary.
P.s. it’s always strange to me how quick ppl are to demonize behavior in ladies before they try to understand it (referring to the previous “main character” comment). Just because you don’t understand why someone acts the way they do doesn’t mean they’re malicious or vain.

the first clip literally made me cry, there's something so profound and beautiful about girls standing up and protecting other girls they have never even met before. it's so upsetting that we must always stay in a constant state of vigilance around men to avoid situations like this happening to us, and that we have to stay alert for our sisters, friends, and even for women we are unacquainted with. girlhood is a lovely, yet very tragic reality for most women.

First predator was faking acting erratic. Probably trying to build a case for mental issues, but good luck with that with no history of problems prior to this.
He was sane enough to grab that cops arm while looking for an escape route. Aint nobody buying his clown show.
