The dress turned out wonderfully well! 👌 Assuming you had never used that pattern before, the fit is superb 😲 I would definitely have made a muslin to check the fit, but maybe you're lucky enough that patterns work for you straight from the packet. Also, I would never put myself under time pressure to make something new. But that's just me... Your dress turned out gorgeous, so I guess you're good at sewing fast! 😊
The dress is so lovely.Years ago most of our fabrics were 36" width. If we managed to buy 48" it was amazing hence the way patterns were draughted
Another absolute banger Loz, dress looks amazing! In Lauren we trust! x
Haha, thank you Lisa!! You’re the best! 🤗
The dress is beautiful. I’m so glad you posted. I’ve been waiting for a new video.
Aw thank you Shelly! 🩷
I love the sleeves on the dress
I would put a lining in the underskirt or a slipdress. But that’s me. Beautiful❤
I may go back and add one later! I had a small amount of lining fabric and knew I had a slip that would work 😂
I'm semi-obsessed with white sundresses at the moment. This design is so perfectly flattering and unique that it might have to be added to the queue! Thanks for sharing another beautiful make !
So cute and well done, thanks.
It's such a cute summer dress!
Thank you so much!!
So elegant and lovely!😍
It turned out gorgeous!
I’ve made both views of that pattern. It’s one of my favorite.
It’s such a good one!
Oh I just love it! I love a white summer dress. I like the waist band design
Thank you so much Anna! That’s one of my favorite parts of this pattern!
Love all of this, Lauren!! Dress looks absolutely gorgeous on you! And the couch 😮😍😍😍
It's a lovely dress! Thanks.
This is darling Lauren, it reminds me so much of the Gal Meets Glam Cecily dress!! The fabric is on fleek and your couch!!! DARLING. 🎀🎀
Ah thank you friend, I didn’t even think of that but I see it!! Thank you so much!!!
This is lovely! Enjoyed watching you put this beautiful dress together, and I will definitely have to check out those craftsy oil painting classes!

Aw, thank you!! 🩷
That is beautiful ❤❤❤. I've been with Craftsy forever. Learned so much. You inspired me, I'm going to make some t-shirts 😅😅 I'm in the medical field so no dresses.
Thank you so much!! So glad you’re loving Craftsy too! I need to make some t-shirts as well!
Dress is beautiful
Thank you so much!!
I’ve made this dress myself but not with such a pretty fabric; I have to try something prettier myself 😀 the only thing that didn’t come out right is the back becouse my back is shorter and I didn’t know how to adjust the pattern pieces to fit my body exactly. The waist measurement fits but the back came out waaaay to long for me, and I made some sort of a pleat on that area. Works but…I want to make a good one too :)
Thank you for showing the mistakes!
Can't believe you didn't go to Liberty.
Love this pattern! Curious about the dress you're wearing 🤔
Thank you, me too! And that dress is McCalls 8464- most recent project on my channel too! 🩷
I wish you’d put the pattern number in the title. You have great videos but they’re hard to find.
Ah good to know, thanks!!
5209 is the pattern number- just FYI
Really cute dress. A little hard to see as you are sewing because the fabric is white. Wondering why you decided not to line the skirt since the top was lined and the fabric is white embroidered eyelet.
Looks like she’s wearing a slip in the final reveal
beautiful dress shame you didnt patten match the fabric
