Do you have a multimeter? If you do, just look for 3.7v - 5v DC power supply from your set, if you don't have it on your home theater system you can use an external power supply (but I'm sure you can find it).
When that is done, connect the R, GND, L to the the input source of your set (aux input, line in, or portable in) and that's all

Very clean sound, you will get the 5.1 surround sound if the song is recorded with the 5.1 features

All my years in electronics I've not heard or seen the Bluetooth stop working. But if it happens, it can be replaced just look for the Bluetooth module under the CD deck and replace it or you can install the universal Bluetooth module
