8 Steps How to Make Your Own PCB at Home
Hello,
Good day everyone,
Welcome back to my channel,
Today, I’m going to show you how you can make a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) for your electronic projects.
I made this video some time in the year 2020,
When I was going through my files I saw this video, decided to share it online before deleting it from my computer.
Today, I’m going to share with you the steps in building your own PCB.

STEPS IN MAKING YOUR OWN PCB
STEP 1
Make your design
There is so many PCB software, but I used Proteus Design Suite.
So, after designing my circuit in Proteus,
STEP 2
Print it out and cut the required size.
I printed it out using LaserJet printer and not a Deskjet printer, the reason is because LaserJet uses dry powdered ink knows as toner and not the usual liquid ink. And water cannot wash off the document printed from a LaserJet printer.
The paper I used, is a transfer paper you can buy it from www.aliexpress.com or you can also use any laminated paper, magazines and so on. Make sure to print on the laminated side.
STEP 3
Copper board
Get a plain copper board, cut the required size for the PCB, clean with sand paper, then use isopropyl alcohol to remove all grease and dirt from the copper board.
STEP 4
Transfer the print out to the copper board.
Since the paper is laminated, the best way to transfer the print is to use heat transfer. So, I used pressing iron to transfer the print to the copper board.
STEP 5
Soak the board in water.
Get a bowl of water, soak the board in the water, wash and remove the paper until the toner is left on the board.
STEP 6
Etching
Put the PCB in another bowl and pour your Ferric Chloride and leave for about 10 mins.
Since the toner is covering the part we need, the Ferric chloride will eat away the lines or surfaces left unprotected in the board.
Check properly to see if the etching process is done completely. Remove it from the ferric chloride and rinse it in water.
STEP 7
Clean with isopropyl alcohol.
Remove from the water wipe with dry cloth.
Now, you can use either sand paper or isopropyl alcohol to remove the remaining toner from the board.
I’d recommend isopropyl alcohol because sand paper will reduce the layer of the copper each time you use it.
STEP 8
Drill the holes
The final step is to drill the holes. As you can see from my boards one has a few hiccups and the second is not. The problem is from my print out. So, whenever you are making it make sure you have a very nice printer.

STEP 1
Make your design
There is so many PCB software, but I used Proteus Design Suite.

All my years in electronics I've not heard or seen the Bluetooth stop working. But if it happens, it can be replaced just look for the Bluetooth module under the CD deck and replace it or you can install the universal Bluetooth module

Thanks Do you have a multimeter? If you do, just look for 3.7v - 5v DC power supply from your set, if you don't have it on your home theater system you can use an external power supply (but I'm sure you can find it). When that is done, connect the R, GND, L to the the input source of your set (aux input, line in, or portable in) and that's all

@Sylvaline Resources,hi i find the video very interesting and thanks for sharing your knowledge,at 07:13 in the video what it`s call you hold in your hand and i have two sony TV (sony KDL-50W815B THIS IS 2014 MODEL and sony KDL-50X89J 2021 model)2021 tv screen is broken but 2014 tv screen is ok but their flex cable are not the same,can i swap the screen?

How did you pair module with the speaker ?
If you turn it on for the first time, it will search for any available Bluetooth device. So from the device you can add the Bluetooth module to your list of connected device. If you want to connect the module to another device then you have to connect a switch to CON to cancel any connected device
