Coating a bar top that had big knots in it! Embedded a coin in there. Shiny, hard and stands up to any weather.
    We worked in 3 layers
    1) fist coat was to let the resin soak into the wood and fill up some of the cracks.
    2) second coat filled up all the remaining cracks and divets so they are level with the top surface.
    3) a final top coat was applied to finish the whole thing!

Looks great mate. I was looking for a finish for a bar top. What do you do when it goes over the edge for the drips. I don't want it curing and looking like dripping icicles. Plus do you have to also coat the underside to stop it warping

Great video. Im starting a bar indoors and don’t really want a glossy finish. Could I do the third coat in a matte or satin polyurethane?

What is the best epoxy that you'd recommend to use on wood for an outdoor exposed bar top?

Hi, I'm wanting to make a resin geode table for my balcony. I got a uv resistant epoxy but I also wanted to use a uv resistant finish or varnish on it. Do you have any suggestions?

I recently resined (with Art Resin) an outdoor myrtlewood coffee table for our covered deck. Any suggestions of what to cover the table with when it is windy/rainy in the colder months? Hoping to make or inexpensively purchase a good cover for this table. Thanks!

Great Vid!! I 'm interested in building a bar top for my outdoor Tiki Bar. My concerns are direct heat and sunlight in the summer and extreme cold in the winter, as low as -25. The bar will be boarded up in the winter so no direct contact with the snow. I need something 18" wide by 8'. Is epoxy suitable for this situation??

How did you seal the the underneath side of the table? Did you epoxy that side also? I need to make a small table that will be exposed to the elements on a pontoon boat.

I live in the desert. It gets up to 122 degrees out here in the shade. Can I use resin on my plywood patio tables. Is this ok?

Looking to add a depth to a door I bought (custom wood door) would this add a 1/4 inch to a 10 inch x12 inch area?
