For those who have rounded shoulders(curved forward) and mobility issues. Do first excercise. 2sets. Before shoulder workout. Otherwise from shoulder excercises, they'll curve more outward. Rest excercises can be done at any time on shoulders day
They are called shoulder dislocates, I'd use a band or towel so it can stretch a bit when you try it out. Also there are great guides for this movement.

i had also my left shoulder injury 🥺🥺some time ago because I used to do sets directly without any warmup and it hurts. so follow some diet and a good physical therapist follow him take some rest until fully recovered and slowly start doing workout and this time you must do warmup before every single set ☺️☺️
