  • HOW TO ACHIEVE HIGHER EXTENSIONS in arabesque. These are the absolute best strengthening exercises you can be doing to achieve higher extensions.

    Yeeessss always so happy when you post! I know you are doing an extensions series, which is awesome!! But can I ask for a full body ballerina workout that I could do at the gym? I am always so clueless not knowing what to train 😂❤️ thank you so much for every video!

    wonderful video!!! Do we have to keep our shoulder blades depressed or elevated during the superman? with depressed shoulder blades it is difficult to elongate the arms for me...

    hey.. Not sure how to say this... I wanted to ask if you already encountered this : some people get an orgasm when doing lower back exercises specially the superman one... Is there a way to avoid this? Does it mean that the back isn't properly strengthened?
