This is a Factory tour of aavin, Aavin is a state government cooperative under the ownership of Tamil Nadu Cooperative Milk Producers Federation Limited, Ministry of Cooperation, Government of Tamil Nadu and the trademark of Tamil Nadu Co-operative Milk Producers' Federation Limited. Aavin procures milk, processes it, and sells milk and milk products to consumers.
The company produces a wide range of products, including milk, butter, yogurt, ice cream, ghee, milkshake, khoa, tea, coffee, and chocolate, among other goods. Watch the full video and come across the comments.

After moving to Bangalore, I started consuming Nandini milk. I must say, Nandini is actually very good. Malai doesn’t form in Aavin milk like how it forms in Nandini milk! I know many of you all will oppose my comment. But, I am writing this comment from my personal experience. I also admit that apart from milk, I love all other products of Aavin.

If this idea is implemented in fruits and vegetables, then it would be profitable for both government and farmers. Moreover, these fruits and vegetables would not wasted as dump.
We cant expect everything from govt
1980 to 1999 Aavin flavoured milk was thick and best quality, Cone ice and other ice creams were too good after year 2000 all quality gone down steeply, now milk shake very watery, ice-cream not that goodwaste of money, I totally shifted to Amul Ice-cream now.

What is amazing? Nothing. One milk producer is giving just four litres of milk. Just a burdensome and costly and uneconomic procurement. At least each producer should be able to supply 100 litres to make procurement economical.
Only giving rs. 28-29 to farmer.

This is a good idea for everything from ink pens and tape rolls, to sample bags, safety goggles and thermometers. For example, it is recommended that employees use one-piece ink pens made of metal, rather than plastic cap-and-pen types, both to reduce the chance that a pen cap falls into product and to ensure that the metal detector will let us know that there is a problem if the entire pen falls in. If we can control and minimize the amount of supplies and the number of people who are taking those types of supplies into the production areas, we are better able to achieve accountability if a tool or supply item gets dropped or lost and can put corrective action wheels in motion quickly.

I am so shocked to see the poor hygiene levels maintained in AAVIN.
Lady washing hands in Paneer tub clip / overall dirt of surroundings and machinery/ poor hygiene of staff and zero automation unlike what i was thinking was in aavin.
Very informative video but me and my family were taken aback by poor cleanliness and will limit/ restrict buying aavin products 😔🙏🏻

UnPasteurized milk is harmful and i guess u have not seen a aavin factory and without knowing anything don't comment and aavin is sourcing it's milk from local farmer's only and there are standards in aavin and there is no adulteration and please check before vomiting in Social media and i guess you mostly would have graduated from WhatsApp University so please go read some facts and speak.
