Actually I have seen videos from Other countries and This is a Pure South INDIAN with many outlets and restaurants, I am satisfied by seeing the video and many will start buying A2B more as its factory looks super clean and Hygiene.. Dear Irfan Good to see your videos, as a food processing Scientist i feel you should wear a proper full dress at the production site to avoid cross contamination, With proper mask too. I could see even workers dont wear it, some are having gloves, some are not wearing. We must act in a smart way. All the best.

Sorry the managers are from Tamilnadu and the cooks mostly Tamizh speaking. It’s the attitude mindset and no work ethics is preventing them from hiring. Sadly most unskilled undereducated youth of Tamilnadu prefer white collar jobs and easy money. Exceptions are always there ! It’s business no nepotism or parochialism just profits. It’s not no profit organisation or social work. I can understand your pain and concern. Best wishes

They are using palm oil and charging around five hundred per kg for savories and seven hundred for cashew pakoda. Very very costly. Every year they increase the cost by minimum ten percent. Most of the outlets are franchise and not A2B own. Not worth the money spent. But yet they run the business.
Amazingly mechanised . .still the devotion with which the work force do their. Job is great.

It’s not due to the benevolence of the owners. They might be good ppl sure, but the AC is to scale the process and to ensure there isn’t any contamination in the food. You heard the owner say they want to expand all over India. That’s the real reason
