The intention of not using plastics for labelling is a welcome move and very much appreciable.... I've one more suggestion on the water usage for cleaning the bottles and the pipe line... I'm not sure if u r already practicing it but if its not then I suggest you to recycle the water used for cleaning and use that for watering plants or recharge the ground water system... Or in simple words, just put the recycled water for better use....

Good initiative. I find 3 places where there is chance of contamination. 1. The cow owners/milkmaids should be educated to maintain proper hygiene for themselves and the cows. 2. Pasteurization should be done to kill the microbes in the milk. 3. Bottles are prone to contamination during wash. They are washing like a regular plate. The boiling water rinse at the end won't be sufficient for sterilization. Apart from the 3 issues, it is a well functioning and good quality product which is cost effective.

But due to many breakage, they requested to get in steell can. No plastics. If you are in Hosur, visit them and see. All the best.

Understand that it’s very easy to give advice ...but just a thought though .. you had mentioned about cleaning the facilities twice and also the the bottle cleaning should take a lot of water .. one idea is to to recycling grey water and have them feed to the trees .. you have quite some space out there , which could be used ... good luck for your future endeavors!
Hello Subash, thank you for the suggestion. We already recycle our water, using an ETP plant within the felicity, it was not covered in this video. We are also planning on a small forest in one end of this felicity, where we already grow vegetables from.

The intention of not using plastics for labelling is a welcome move and very much appreciable.... I've one more suggestion on the water usage for cleaning the bottles and the pipe line... I'm not sure if u r already practicing it but if its not then I suggest you to recycle the water used for cleaning and use that for watering plants or recharge the ground water system... Or in simple words, just put the recycled water for better use....

Good initiative.
I find 3 places where there is chance of contamination.
1. The cow owners/milkmaids should be educated to maintain proper hygiene for themselves and the cows.
2. Pasteurization should be done to kill the microbes in the milk.
3. Bottles are prone to contamination during wash. They are washing like a regular plate. The boiling water rinse at the end won't be sufficient for sterilization.
Apart from the 3 issues, it is a well functioning and good quality product which is cost effective.

Understand that it’s very easy to give advice ...but just a thought though .. you had mentioned about cleaning the facilities twice and also the the bottle cleaning should take a lot of water .. one idea is to to recycling grey water and have them feed to the trees .. you have quite some space out there , which could be used ... good luck for your future endeavors!
Hello Subash, thank you for the suggestion. We already recycle our water, using an ETP plant within the felicity, it was not covered in this video.
We are also planning on a small forest in one end of this felicity, where we already grow vegetables from.
