I think, at least in this video, that she is using the Kose Softymo speedy cleanser. It's from a Japanese brand. There is an other version of it which is a deep cleanser, there are many videos comparing these two if you want to take a look at it. But to say it simply the Speedy one is slightly better for normal to oily skins and to remove your everyday makeup/BB cream/ sunscreen. And the deep one is slightly better for normal to dry skin, and if you wear waterproof wake-up it's easiest to remove it with the deep cleanser. :)

I am a beginner and I massaged 3-4 pumps for 5-10 miniutes in first 3 days.
Today my skin feels red bumps.

my advice and what im currently is u should just use 1 and a half pump of the cleansing oil and only massage it for one minute then emulsify it with water and massage your face again for 30 seconds and then u can rinse it off and go on with a waterbased cleanser. i started using cleansing oil a day ago and this rlly works for me, keep in mind u should always double cleanse in the evening, hope this helps!

Yes its bad u have to double cleanse when ur 18 bc then ur gonna get more bacteria on ur face.
