This was one of the best Ben videos ever, I appreciated the deeper insights into how he thinks, and the more personal background! Great job, Chris on the questions and conversation! Also, Ben, please reconsider, you should definitely do a Bible video series, one of my favorite things is those rare moments when you do comment on and explain Jewish law and teachings, you clearly have very deep understanding of it and it's always got so much wisdom to it. Think of how Jordan's biblical series' gained so much popularity, I think your content would also be more well-received by the public than you'd think! It would be a great series!!!
He collabed with Jordan on the book of Exodus series. And a recent tour of Jerusalem too. All on DW or ☠️😅 Also,Jews unlike other religions especially Christianity, don't spread their religion or like converts etc. they actively push away would be converts actually. That's why the ultra Orthodox Jews are so untouched from the outside influences and why their extremely successful per percentage of people. They still have all ancient principles customs writings stories etc. down to the smallest detail. If your ever in NY,I can give you a tour of their neighborhoods.... it'll blow your mind.
@@AlexSanchez-gd7wb Absolutely, I loved the Exodus series and Ben was one of my favorites in that. I think he could do well with his own series on it. Just based on how successful Exodus and Genesis by Jordan were, there's clearly an audience! And of course it's not about proselytizing but just teaching perspectives. Actually it's a Jewish perspective that it's Jew's job as God's chosen people to bring heaven to earth for everyone, and be teachers of others. I think teaching the concepts contains a lot of wisdom including for non Jews to learn from and benefit from. And definitely a big fan of everyone who maintains the customs and rejects modern cultural influences, plus, ultimately they will repopulate the word when everyone else is too woke to reproduce (half a joke, but it's kind of a thing). Whether it's Orthodox Jews, Amish, Mennonites, or any other deeply religious community, they are having children at a much higher rate! And maintaining a lot of effective ways of life.
I've commented to my family that there are a lot of interests that collide in America. I think it's an extension of our position in the globe that is a vestige of competence (ethical and political) that we no longer have, and as such there is a lot of overseas worry. And yeah, it's all batshit crazy, largely because the left has a vested interest against engaging in anything resembling a decent conversation.
Wow, I am really impressed with Ben Shapiro. I consider myself a sort of refugee from the left. The Israel question and the trans insanity is what pushed me away. I feel politically homeless right now. I feel like I can't vote for republicans because I am disabled and low-income and they are always trying to cut benefits that I rely on to survive, and also I believe that abortion should be legal for the first trimester. But the (far) left's positions on Israel and trans "women" invading female spaces are disgusting. I do know that I've been listening to a lot of conservative thinkers and I agree with a lot of what I hear. I am really impressed that Ben doesn't just follow the tribe and push ridiculous conspiracy theories, he bases his opinion on the evidence, not ideology. I very much respect and appreciate that, such a rare quality in today's world! I greatly admire someone who is REASONABLE!!! I'll be looking for more of Ben's stuff!
Welcome aboard! The current Republican position is that abortion is 100% a state-by-state issue and that the Federal government shouldn't control it. Also, Trump and JD are in favor of increasing benefits for lower and working class Americans. JD himself came from a broken home with drug addiction, so he's very close to the issue. I used to consider myself a moderate, and I still don't call myself a Republican, because I don't vote for every Republican. I didn't move to the right. The left just went way too far, and I can't see myself ever voting for a single Democrat as long as they maintain their current positions.
So you're saying you're uneducated on Trumps actual policies from 16-20. I'm low income and my taxes went up under Biden, gas is up, food, energy, water EVERYTHING IS UP IN PRICE and you didn't notice!?!?! Are you a BOT?
The unfortunate case of Ben is that he is legendary for owning people in debate, which makes him seem like a really aggressive, unlikeable guy. But he's actually a pretty deep thinker with some (even if I don't agree with all of them) very clear, well thought out opinions and moral positions. Definitely worth checking out his other interviews and podcast if you want to try expanding your own comprehension. Helps that he spits information so fast, too 😉
I think the problem is that Ben takes Genesis as largely figurative. I'm pretty sure he believes in evolution, so were Adam and Eve real or are they just mythological representatives of humanity? I know he has stated the flood was restricted to Mesopotamia if it happened at all. His audience (myself included) is largely Christian and takes Genesis literally. Adam and Eve were real people, the flood was global, diversity of languages began at the tower of Babel, etc.
Wow. Was not expecting such a nuanced and, frankly, unbiased schooling on the US political scenario from Ben, who I don't really listen to. Good stuff.

First time seeing Chris, huge Ben fan, but this was a tremendous interview. Podcasters rarely to get to talk about themselves on their own shows and Chris did a great job getting to know Ben the human, not just the conservative podcast host. Great job all around.
Chris, this conversation is fantastic. Just like most of your podcasts. Continue doing you! What got you here is not what people are suggesting in the comments lol. Keep doing what you feel content with and I/many others are here to support it!
It is extremely rare for an individual to have an IQ of 190, as IQ scores are distributed on a bell curve (normal distribution) with an average score of 100 and a standard deviation of 15. An IQ of 190 is more than six standard deviations above the mean. This places such a person in the top 0.00000001% of the population, or about 1 in 76 million people. Given the global population of approximately 8 billion people, this suggests that only around 100 individuals worldwide might have an IQ of 190 or higher. However, it is important to note that IQ tests have their limitations, particularly in measuring such extreme levels of intelligence.

Absolutely agree that moving into the life stage of marriage is huge for male development, especially with letting go of weird emotional baggage stuff that holds back your social and emotional maturity - and then even to a bigger degree having children WITHIN that marriage really solidifies it.

why would you trust a right-wing shill spawned in the hellscape of Breitbart "news" (the original fake news)
@@Flux06-dy3ruyeah but it’s just a trust in what he is saying is sincere. Not that if Ben called for everyone to pick up guns and walk to all 50 state capitols we should “trust” that he knows what we should do. I think everyone watching these type of long form discussions is bare minimum self aware enough to not be on every popular trend or train that comes through
One of the best interviews I've heard with Ben Shaperio. Learnt so much about him as a person...and how much "normal stuff" he does and thinks. Love interviews like this 👍
I'm a Muslim and I'm a fan of Ben. Just as he may not agree 100% with Trump I don't have to agree 100% with him to think he is overall a force for good in our current media environment.
Excellent comment
Here here.
Very encouraging comment. Thank you.
WOW! I have watched a few clips from your channel and I have always liked them. This is the first full interview of yours I have ever watched. As someone that has been a Ben Shapiro fan for a very long time it is rare for me to hear new things about him in an interview. I really appreciated that you deviated from the standard political questions to more broad life and personal questions. Kudos! Your style is truly remarkable and I am excited to binge watch other interviews on your channel! Often times I find myself watching a host on youtube and wondering how in the world they got so many subscribers. Not so with you, I truly believe you will have over 10 million one day.
I would pay to watch Ben Shapiro & Eric Weinstein debate the existence of the Rules-Based International Order.
Had the same thought, likely at the same time in the interview.
You should know to use quotation marks when making reference to the “international rules based system”.
Brilliant idea. Would also pay money to see that. Needs to be 4 hours long. Deep dive.
@@thecontentengineer-xyzwouldn't need to be. As Eric says, "the Atlantic Council exists." We know these organizations are real. It's very obvious that there are clandestine actors at the highest levels of power brokerage. It ought not be debated anymore. Ben even says that he opposes it only because it makes conversation and opposition difficult. But, well... Tough shxt, cupcake. The world is nuanced. Opposition is difficult. These conversations aren't easy.
I bet they both agree that Israel isn't involved in that order.

Awesome!
Cool, but just a note, I think all subjects were compelling and very well articulated.
Nothing about Candace Owens or his Zionism?
This was one of the best Ben videos ever, I appreciated the deeper insights into how he thinks, and the more personal background! Great job, Chris on the questions and conversation! Also, Ben, please reconsider, you should definitely do a Bible video series, one of my favorite things is those rare moments when you do comment on and explain Jewish law and teachings, you clearly have very deep understanding of it and it's always got so much wisdom to it. Think of how Jordan's biblical series' gained so much popularity, I think your content would also be more well-received by the public than you'd think! It would be a great series!!!
Agree.
He collabed with Jordan on the book of Exodus series. And a recent tour of Jerusalem too. All on DW or ☠️😅
Also,Jews unlike other religions especially Christianity, don't spread their religion or like converts etc. they actively push away would be converts actually.
Damn!! You matched the quality of your selected questions to the quality everyone knew Ben’s answers were going to be!! Very well done Chris!!!
This is an excellent interview. I love Ben! He's my favorite (American) political commentator. Thank you and well done, Chris!
This election's become so interesting that even a foreigner like me is hooked.
This season of America is 🔥
Yes
I've commented to my family that there are a lot of interests that collide in America. I think it's an extension of our position in the globe that is a vestige of competence (ethical and political) that we no longer have, and as such there is a lot of overseas worry.
And yeah, it's all batshit crazy, largely because the left has a vested interest against engaging in anything resembling a decent conversation.
The only comedy produced in America for so many years on absence

🤔 um, the nefarious psychopaths & sycophants of the ruling elite 😂 preeettyy suuurrrrreee
I like Ben! Thanks for having him on your show.

Please vote for Trump 🙏🏻
Helps that he spits information so fast, too 😉
I'm right leaning, and absolutely believe we need a safety net for disabled Americans and families with disabled children.
I disagree . . . Trump would not run again in 2028. He has aged a lot in the last 4 years.
Agreed. He has slown down quite a bit.
Funny what happens when they keep trying to throw you in jail over nonsense
@@popatsot1 Trump’s election subversion indictments are pretty compelling. Have you read them?
The question is…. If Trump wins in 24, then the only one that beat him is Biden! Will Biden run again in 2028? 😂
@@admrlty Yeah, funniest thing I've read in years. It's all BS.
The unstoppable “yes” that escaped my lips when Ben asked if his audience wants to hear his analysis of Genensis😂
Same.
On a side note, he says they tried that already, so those videos probably exist somewhere on the Internet, I'd really love to find them.

This is key to understanding him and relating to him! You guys nailed it! Again again! I took the day off to share this! It changed my life! Thank you both 🙇♂️
This discussion was on a par to listening in on a Jordan Peterson conversation, full of interesting points, well managed, relevant and informative on so many levels. Well done Chris and Ben, your openness and integrity during the entire conversation was really enriching, thank you both!
Not a fan of shapiro but i was excited to see the interview with chris. So far im really impressed. He knows how to ask the right questions to make his acumen shine. Incredible interview!!! Ben is brilliant for sure.
Great interview Chris!
My husband and I met and chatted with Ben briefly at a Politicon in Pasadena back in the first Trump election cycle. (This was when the infamous debate with Cenk Uygur happened) We were outside at some sort of booth and he was surprisingly relaxed and friendly. It was really nice to see.
Best lighting I have seen on a podcast. Wow. Great work.

In terms of Dr. P, Chris... wow. Lol. A little harsh? He's on a spiritual journey. The greatest gift anyone can ever receive is the longing to seek and understand the Fullness of Truth. Only those who aren't striving for the higher things (but are content with the pleasures and limitations of this world) have a problem with him or find him tiring. He's no idiot. He'll always have and choose new landscapes to explore. He's where he is right now for a reason.

First time seeing Chris, huge Ben fan, but this was a tremendous interview. Podcasters rarely to get to talk about themselves on their own shows and Chris did a great job getting to know Ben the human, not just the conservative podcast host. Great job all around.

Great podcast Chris!!
Thank you, Chris, for your willingness to talk with anyone and everyone!
Both of you are the killing it!!! Keep doing what you’re doing, I feel optimistic about the future because of your dialogue!
Ben was great. I love his reasoning and that it upsets people here in the comments. We need to build up intellectual robustness ❤
