I’m a pro drummer and I found that, when I have to apply more power, or get to a particularly complex part, I hold my breath, I never understood why, until I saw this video! Ok, now to try and fix this!

@@davidetheridge5123 me too. Iam finding put water in your mouth and don't drink it for 10 mins everytime you drink helps you train the bodys natural way to revert to mouth breathing
