- I needed a new coffee table for my living room, but I couldn't pick a finish, so I did two! This simple steel and wood table looks great in the room and totally changes the look based on which side you select. I always enjoy making furniture like this and I think it came out awesome.

Cool. Once you finalize your color selection, maybe repurpose the unused side. For example, inlay a gameboard (checkerboard, backgammon, scrabble). Or maybe large depression in the center to secure large snack bowl.
