I wish I had half of your creativity! You are always creating such amazing paintings! Thank you ever so much for sharing your expertise with us You are an inspiring tutor xxx Both paintings are absolutely stunning 😍
WOW!!!!!!!!! LOVE both of these and the music and listening to you as well :) I am sitting here totally relaxing and amazed and inspired to clean off old canvases that 'didn't do it for me' and see what I can do with them. And interestingly enough, we are going into our Autumn here :) Thank you for sharing your journey and love with us all.
Oh no! I really liked the one you are painting over but who is to say I won't like the next much better. 😊 Crossing fingers. 😆😝😁💟 (I did, love both.😁💖💟💖) Wasn't as fond until I saw how the blue seems to glow from under and between the gold and copper colors, then it was 💖💛💟. Most is lost but the wee bits that pop through are wow. The beginning of the next is just wow, that gorgeous blue just did not want to be hidden, shame it was finally lost in the swipe. It does turn out to be gorgeous in spite the lost of your pretty blue. 😁 You might like the Pebeo Fantasy Moon paints, they are supposed to create a hammered effect that increases with amount of paint used. The beautiful texture of this painting made me think of the description.
Beautiful movement as always. Your videos have calmness and joy that transcends me to a place of healing. I am grateful for the gift God has given you and your willingness to share it.
I don’t know if you will get this since this is an old video. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate your love for the paints themselves. You are talking about the way the copper floats on top am I appreciate that . I had no idea how much I loved color until I started painting . Now I see color in ways I never had imagined . Also , I just love the liquid paint and the organic fluid process that I can just be inside when I paint . This is like being in a river and flowing with it rather than fighting the flow .
I love it I feel that you could never lose with a lot of copper in a lot of gold shimmer is amazing. I just love how you do all these shimmers and you do it while you’re talking and it’s so relaxing for me. I could watch you for hours because your voice is so soothing for me thank you
Oh, Gail, the textures in both of these paintings are SO compelling! (I adored the face of a raccoon in the first painting until you shmeared through it. You always have so many creatures in your paintings!) Sending you big hugs and much love ~Cheryl
Just found you! I've watched a few paint pouring videos recently but haven't seen anything like this. It's truly magnificent!!! New subscriber, I'm looking forward to watching your earlier videos and learning how to do this fascinating technique Thank you. 🧡
Like a sculptor who can see the form within a block of marble, you see and can bring out the beauty in a few blobs of paint! I just love watching you work, Gail!
Gail I am so happy that I found your channel. It is such a delight to watch you work and it does make me happy to see all the swirls and all the detail. I am loving my metallic copper. I seem to want to use it in everything. Beautiful art you make
I thankyou so so much for sharing your awesomeness (thanks Mina. Great word). I love watching the creation, its bliss. I have creations in my head but NOTHING e v e r turns out like your magic. Practice and more practice and patience for me Thankyou. Louise
I am eighty years young and just began doing acrylics , loving it. Especially with this virus. Would like to try this one. Can I do this with gold copper green and black. ? Your good works give me a lot of inspiration. Thank you so much. Also love the music. What I did so far looks not to bad. Do I need to apply the other colours as well for the copper effects? God bless. Alice from White Rock. B. C.
I must say that any time someone uses that high flow iridescent Golden paints I become a little bit jealous because I see all the potential for what it can do but I also know what it cost and yes, turquoise makes me happy too, very happy. I love every shade of it whether it is of the green or blue hue or whether it's dark or light. Against that black, it is a stunner! I am with you as far as the iridescent paint goes, copper is my favorite and I want to put it in every painting. Both of your paintings in this video showcase that and perhaps that's why I love your paintings so much. Better yet, turquoise and copper are positively the best duo ever. I would love to have the ability to really let go of technique and just throw some paint on a canvas like you and make it come up with any sense of composition or design. You have no fear of trying it out to see what happens and I can't make myself try THAT technique. I'm fearful at times about wasting paint so I guess I picked the wrong hobby, huh? 😣🤔 I really like watching you paint so perhaps some of your ease with how you paint will sink in for me and make me #1 be better at what I'm doing so I don't have to scrape a canvas and #2 enjoy the process and not give up. Thank you.
Gale, I have been watching your videos for some time and have learned so much from you. It's time for me to get on social media and try to sell some of my paintings. I wanted to ask your permission to leave a link since you've been so important in helping me develop my style and my abilities. Just let me know and whether it's okay to do UA-cam and all the rest or if you just want one. I love your stuff and I think you're too hard on yourself. Remember beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Be kind to yourself
so beautiful...i love these. you paint intuitive. may i ask why you put the other colors underneath since they do not come through? i assume for the depth or just more paint to do your smears. Thank you so much for sharing.
Wow...these are absolutely beautiful...copper is such a stunning color...I love watching you create your masterpieces... thank you for sharing take care and have a lovely weekend...looking forward to seeing what paintings you will be selling...exciting.
Oh Gail! I am so happy to read that you are going to sell some of your paintings! I already have a special one in mind. Thank you for sharing your beautiful art♥️
try using a mica pigment with some of those colors that don't want to rise to the top since your prone to the coppers and the golds there are plenty of them I get them from eBay very inexpensively but you can get them from Jacquard. order the different gold or copper pigments instead of having to match your paint color all you have to do is add those gold or copper pigments to any color and they will make them luscious what will happen is that Mica will bind in such a way that will force it up to the top
@@GailBurstynLifeInSplatters I had to edit the "stop typing while sleeping" text. I get them for such a disgustingly cheap price on ebay from Colorperk ($4 for 50 grams) I make fantasy reborn dolls and they are a huge success because of the unusual coloring so i used a lot before i became ill with COVID (6 months now) The guy at Colorperk was so nice he always sent more than I ordered Then one day I got this HUGE box and it has 100 packages - each package has 5 bags of 50 grams each black sparkly mica. He sent them as a gift Black is the only color i use seldom I will NEVER in a thousand years use that. If you would like some I will send it free because itsridiculous! but they are eerybit as good as jacquard, some i daresay better. he carries the duo/duel colors and interference. but i cant afford$ 7 for 3 grams just because its packaged nicely i keep meaning to offer Mina some as well. need to do that.
I see patina! The tiny pops of aqua!! You’re brilliant! I often find myself following your palette knife trying to figure out where you’ll go next. Such an incredible talent!! Thank you for sharing!
You are killing me. I have no more adjectives for these. Magnificent beautiful spectacular wonderful. I don’t know what else to say. Except. YOUARE THE BEST. 👍🤗❤️
Did you notice how strong the copper took the whole place ?? How it’s dominant ? It does that all the time for me, when I use metallic paint: gold, copper, sapphire from Decoart. I love these colors but they make all the other colors vanish. What do I do wrong ???😕
It really is hard to say. How's the do with the densities and the weights of the paint who comes to the top and who goes down to the bottom. I know high-flow will sit on top and take over and that's why I featured it in this one
Just gorgeous 🤩🤩
So so pretty! Love it ❤️❤️❤️
Gail, I will forever think of you when I use copper! Both are fabulous! And who doesn’t like autumn leaves 🍂 ? ❤️,Pam
SO PRETTY...LOVE THE MOVEMENT! 😍

I saw an eagle before you turned on plan C! (On the right) These are beautiful! Going to have to invest in a few Golden hi-flow bottles.

no.. it is straight out of the bottle
