- Hello, my name is Jens from Wohnkabinencenter. Our company is located in Germany an we are dedicated to the truck camper business since 2005.
Wohnkabine ist the German word for a slide in truck camper.
Since 2008 we are the European distributer for the famous Four Wheel campers from Woodland / California. Over the years we imported demountable campers from Six-Pac Campers, Travel Lite and Camp Craft.
We do a lot of business with Rieco Titan and all our American campers come with Rieco Titan camper jacks.
Between 2011 and 2018 we did a lot of truck camper rentals. All customers came with their own truck so we had to load and unload the camper on and of their truck.
Since in Germany most people detach there camper jacks before driving, we had always to demount and mount the four corner jack legs. We have narrow roads here, many people drive through the woods or on curvy gravel mountain roads. Therefore it is better not having the camper jacks sticking out on the sides of the truck.
The demounting process took a lot of time. Take the screw of the jack, place the jack, set in the screws, put on washers and nuts, take two wrenches, tighten the screws and so on. Sine we Germans like to overengineer things, we sat down and thought how to make this process easier and faster.
After a time, the D-Jacker idea was born. After having the first samples installed, we were totally satisfied. Now it is only one bolt to pull, and the jack slides of the camper. If you slide in the Rieco Titan Jack with the D-Jacker installed, you only have to push one locking bolt in to the locking hole and the jack sits perfect. We love the D-Jacker, and is safes so much time.

Jimmy, we have the Blidimax insulation liner for Four Wheel Campers. This one helps a lot with condensation. I ll make a video on that, soon.

Greetings from Welsh speaking North Wales. An excellent product and an excellent video; you should consider lecturing as you have a very good style. Danke auch/Diolch hefyd, for the German language lessons! I want to build a demountable camper utilising a small caravan body minus the running gear and may well look at using your D-jacker system with suitable adapters that attach to a subframe that attaches to the caravan chassis, (such things are easier for me than they are for German citizens who have to contend with TUV), partly because of the extra 50 clearance your produce achieves. I'm a retired trailer manufacturer amongst other things and I'm sure this idea can be executed safely.

Nicht schlecht. Macht Sinn in Europa. Aber, meiner Meinung nach wäre es besser am Camper den Schraubenkopf auf der weichen Aluminiumseite und den Federring mit Mutter auf der härteren, deshalb dazu besser geeigneten Edelstahlseite zu montieren.
I think this is the right way to go in Europe.
But, in my opinion the lock washer (you called it spring washer) should not engage the soft aluminum bracket on the camper. Instead turn the screw around snd have the lock washer engage the harder stainless steel bracket.
Will this also fit the Happijac jack which uses a similar jack (leg) mount? The bracket hole spacing would be only difference I believe.
I think except of the bracket hole size is would be the same. Does the Happijac use screws or had it welded-on bolts?
How max capaity that legs can afford?

Would having those bracket on interfere with using the jack brackets to mount other attachments used when the jacks are not attached?
No, you even can add various items on a D-Jacker connection plate for easier attachment and detachment.
I also would be interested to know if these would work with Happijacs.
No, sorry. We have no Happijac adapter.
Hello, is this compatible with the atwoods manual truck camper jacks? I believe the bolt patterns are the same between the atwood and rieco titan. Thank you!

Yes, it works. Probably you have to drill new holes in the mounting plate on the jack. But basically, it will work.
One box of 499 Euros contains 4 sets for each leg of the truck camper? Usually, how long would it take to arrive to the US?
Correct, for 499,- Euro you get a complete set for one truck camper. It will take around two weeks until you get it.
