Oh how grateful I am to you for showing this video! I have gotten so many ideas just from seeing how you attached these jacks as well as how you tied the camper down into your truck. Thanks a LOT for all the effort making and posting the video.
I would have used a backing plate on the inside where you fed the bolts through to the outside. All the weight and torquing from the camper jacks wanting to naturally spread apart will pull those bolts through the wood

Ok i know it isn't in this video what was the white sheating and grey paint your using
fiberglas cloth and resin, the grey paint is mixed with de resin.
