Bravo sir.your fried rice must be delicious..the way you make it is the good way, especially the melted butter with garlik...well done sir thank you ...for your cuisine....from Lebanon..
Big cat made a big 🦁. Looks better than restaurants. Keep them coming perfect add a little sriracha and wasabi and if I was there don’t know what everybody else would eat lol
Great job big cat I love cooking and have a lot of fun getting creative with it I've cooked fried rice 3 times on my 22" Blackstone now and there's never any leftovers my family loves it my wife doesn't like to cook so I do all the cooking at my house I dont mind my fault I spoiled her
Looks good - congrats on the 500! I'm pretty far behind, lol.. My family loves it when I make the chicken fried rice - I make it at least every two weeks! Great video and happy Fathers Day!
Great video Big Cat. I do love me some fried rice and you look like you have it down pat. Could you post the items used and the measurement for them. Looks like I am going to have to purchase a Blackstone 22 for the Casa here in north Florida. I like the black bowls you were using too. Were then metal? Where can we get some. Thanks for what you are doing.
I just added the ingredients, just for you bro!!! Also, I got those bowls (actually dark brown) from Ross several years ago. Not sure where you can get them now. 🐯
@@cookingwithbigcat Thanks Big Cat. I was looking at a 28 today down at the hardware store. I still think the 22 is right for me and the wife. This griddle will stay put up on the screened in porch, so rain is not an issue. But a cover will be needed since we are only 3/4 of a mile from the gulf. Thank again for your help.
Thanks Roger, I got it from Publix. It's made by Terry Ho's. It's not bad but not as good as the sauce you get at a Benihanas. Next time I'm going to make my own and see how it comes out.
Thanks for the comment Dianne!! When my kids were younger I used to joke with them saying I was going to get a tattoo on my arm with a tiger lurking in the grass ready to pounce and the words "Big Cat 305". I'm not really a tattoo guy (I like the way they look on other people but it's just not me) so it was more of a joke but it stuck.
I've had some of my best cooks in the rain. Check out one of my earliest videos "Ridiculous Ribs". I cooked them for 4 hours in the rain (under a sail but I got soaked) and they were probably the best ribs I every cooked. Thanks for the comment!!!
Are you talking about this video or another one. I check the volume level many times before releasing and I thought this one was spot on. Thank you for the feedback and let me know. Appreciate the comment and the nice words about the cooking. 😊

Good for you bro, my ex didn't like to cook and my current is right there as well. I guess that is what turned me on to them because I LOVE TO COOK!!!
Looks great 305, but you need something over that griddle to stop that rain from getting on it. Keep on Cooking..............

How long does a 1b propane canister last on the Bkackstone 22?
Thanks BillyHannon14, it usually lasts about 30-40 minutes.
What recipe did you use for yum yum sauce? great job!
Thanks Roger, I got it from Publix. It's made by Terry Ho's. It's not bad but not as good as the sauce you get at a Benihanas. Next time I'm going to make my own and see how it comes out.

After you seasoned your griddle what oil did you use to cook with?
I started with Canola oil but switched to Avocado oil. Supposed to be better for you.
Big Cat, those black bowls I see you using, are they metal or ceramic? What's the story with those?
Thanks Karl, those are actually dark brown and ceramic.
@@cookingwithbigcat I just subscribed, You have a great channel, really enjoy the videos.

Thanks bro!!! I was going for a Tiger but you're right it looks more like a lion. LOL

Liked the rice that can eat you.
It took me a minute but as soon as I got it, LOL!!! AWESOME COMMENT!!! 🐯
You're doing a super job on your cooking in your videos but your intro music with a blast like that way too loud.
