You know how sometimes you can just look at someone and know if you will like them before you even meet them. It was like that with you the first time I saw one of your videos. I don't know if it is your voice, cadence, or words but I really like your videos. It really helps that you do a good job of presenting your topic really well. Maybe it is because you are not yelling and telling us you are the best or cooking for 273 people. Whatever it is - keep doing it. Looking forward to your next one.

This video just popped up on my feed two years after it was made. Great delivery, and the fried rice looks yummy! I have one small point after watching it: When I go to a Teppanyaki restaurant and watch the chefs make the fried rice, I get a thrill every time they add a big chunk of butter to the mix. And they usually do that two or three times. Butter gives it a silkiness and an added flavor that the oil just doesn't do. I'm going to make this recipe because it looks easy and tasty. But I will be adding a couple of big dollops of butter. Great job!

@@peggyrbaldwin thanks so much I'm so glad you like the videos and appreciate you watching. So I'm assuming you have the explorer or one of there portable grills. Those look nice but I've never used one. Yes all the same principles will apply, you just might have a little more difficulty controlling the heat due to having two round burners. However I think if you just get an infrared you'll be able to make everything and anything. You'll just have to learn how to get it to the temp you want by either turning burners down, or one on one of, or starting the cook once it hits where you want like 375.
Anyways I think you'll still be able to cook whatever you want. Thanks so much for watching and if you ever have questions feel free to ask.

@@JohnnyBrunet , I have a Camp Chef Everest 2X, which has 2 20K burners. I bought an infrared thermometer that is supposed to come tomorrow. I can see a real need for that, based on what I’ve seen on your videos. Another thing you explained in one of the videos is that these griddles get hotter than you would expect, so there is no need to turn the temperature up over medium low or medium. The literature from Camp Chef doesn’t explain that well, so I am grateful to you for providing that info. I’ll keep watching!!
