Not at all. I have 6yrs experience and drive for JB Hunt. They offered me the best fit, for the best pay for what I want to do right now. I was looking at swift for their lease purchase myself, but chose to go company until I buy my truck in 2024. Nothing wrong with Swift at all
At this point people just bandwagon with no logical proof every company has a driver make mistakes look at the csa reports n find out what company that only hires experience drivers has more accidents then swift a compay that will hire you straight out of school

True, but the majority of Swift Drivers are newbies. That's just a fact with how many students they hire on a weekly basis. With that said, I used to work for Swift, and I'm not against the drivers at all. I hate the higher ups of that company because they treat you like shit.

as in every video, Alex complains about everything, it is always everybody else's fault, i wonder what the other drivers would say if they heard Alex talking about them, before anybody bashes me, i have drove class A for over 23 years with no accident and no traffic tickets.
I truly like Alex and he’s a safe and caring driver, but you nailed it! Reminds me of driving with my 80 year old grandfather years ago. It was absolute torture because everything was everyone else’s fault, he complained about everything, and he was terrible with directions and modern tech…. like cellphones and GPS navigation. Alex is young and I think he actually loves his job, but his videos show that he hates it. I think he will mature with age and realize that he’s not Mr. Perfect and lose the arrogance. (I think he may be OCD and narcissistic.)
I watch a video or two and then take a week off from him. If his fellow truck drivers ever watch his videos, he won’t be liked very much in that community. I hope it doesn’t happen, but I sometimes wonder if his employer will put a stop to his videos because he represents them too.
Also it might be that Alex got into the habit of talking about everything on his mind, lots of youtube people do that and most of the time it comes out as complaining about everything.@@SkittleTits

No, he doesn't. Anyone that tries to give him advice is automatically grouped in with the haters and the trolls. By his stans and simps, I've tried giving friendly advice on other channels in the past and was instantly attacked by dozens of stands, gatekeepers, and simps. Even when it was a field that I have 20 or more years, knowledge and experience end. So, I've learned to just shut up or become a troll. Just to mess with people.😅

to drive 749 miles you have to stay a constant speed of 68 MPH for the entire driving shift, which is not possible. His truck also maxes at 67.

Right! I drove from Saigon to Hanoi Vietnam (1,100 miles) in 2 days! And driving In Vietnam is a nightmare compared to that dream driving in the US. I also use to drive Seattle to Las Vegas, Seattle to Yuma, Seattle to Los Angeles straight through and loved it! Actually drove straight through from Seattle to New Orleans once, only stopping for gas, food, and coffee. (42 hours) young and stupid, but I loved it and never complained.
It would make things easier on you if u left one door closed to use to hold onto while getting into your trailer then open it once your done

It’s a way different lifestyle , not for everybody and western express has its cons it’s your attitude that makes it that way , just get your experience with them and move on
If you want to utilize your full 11 hours driving clock, then rest areas are your best friend. The time you save can add up when you consider getting off the interstate, waiting at a light to make a turn, then sitting in a line at the truck stop because there's a line for fuel or someone is parking. Give driving through the night a try at least once if you can. the lack of traffic makes it worth it, especially if you're going through Chicago, Houston, NYC, etc. Good luck!
