Have you ever thought about getting like a 24/7 open Anytime Fitness Gym membership? - It would really help you out as you'd be able to use these facilities in various states and they also happen to have bathrooms so you could essentially get your work out done and take a shower.

Well that answered my question, I was gonna ask alex if he knew how to drive a manual transmission.
I just moved to a 389 from 5 or so years in freightshakers. It's something all right. I've previously done manuals so no worries there, but I'm not used to the nose! All my previous trucks were slanted, or in the case of the Argosy, had no nose at all, lol.
Im a masochist so I like the torture of shifting, but if you want my advice just stick with automatics, lol.

@@RosteeveBellier it's not about how long you workout but how hard you workout, the dude on his phone slowly walking on a treadmill for an hr isn't working as hard as someone who is busting out sets/reps on multiple machines for 20 minutes.
What gains are those?
Sounds like to me GP is getting a sweet deal from Frieghtliner. That maybe why they don't have very many Kenworth's or Peterbuilt's in the fleet.
I believe Freightliners are the cheapest of the modern trucks but they're also know to be pretty reliable that's why the majority of trucks on the road seem to be Freightliners. I've also seen like 2 GP Internationals on the road
@@Delarocha34 It's all about preference and expense. Thee are some other companies I've seen and the one I worked with before were KW's and Peterbilt.

i think its so he doesnt add more hours, and gp pays for his fuel so i think he has to be on duty for that
There's 4 duty status's to pick from: Off duty, Sleeper berth, Driving and
On duty (not driving). He switched from driving to On duty (not driving).

The color of the GP Transco tractors is not 'teal'. It is turquoise. Teal has much more green in it.

My grandpa who truck long haul from Canada to the USA used to have a newer Peterbilt 389 unfortunately sold because he buys them for 4 years thans sells them he sold that one and bought a 2021 freightliner Coronado which he just sold
