- New best ability card and loadout builds for the upcoming year! I've explored these three builds in both free aim and auto aim in free roam PVP and showdowns.
To be clear, the best weapon load outs for these builds are:
Build 1: Dual Sawn Offs/Dual Navys, Carcano Rifle, Bow/Semi Auto shotgun, Bolas.
Build 2: Dual Navys/Le mats/volcanics, Lancaster/Semi Auto Shotgun, Carcano Rifle.
Build 3: Dual Maulers/Semi Automatic Pistols, Lancaster Repeater, Bow/Carcano rifle.

Great Tips and Builds!! Personally.. I use PIB, Strange Medicine, Fool Me Once, and Winning Streak. It fits my “Run & Gun” playstyle. I use a lot of cover and stay mobile. The 2nd Build you mentioned sounds interesting though. I noticed that when I die it’s due to a headshot, and since I’m not using Never Without One that’s the hard counter to my build. The thing about my build versus others are: 1.) They’re heavily reliable on Deadeye and 2.) They use a lot of Tonics. I would much rather have passive offense/defense cards *HOWEVER* even with my build I still use hella Tonics so I do believe I might just give your 2nd Build a Try because I have been experimenting with “Gunslinger’s Choice” paired up with the Navy Revolver & LeMat Revolver for my main gun choices. I Have another build mainly to reduce damage and easily kill cards are: Slippery, Fool me once, gunslinger choice , and landons patience with any sidearm of your choice

If it wasnt for aim lock I'd never get past a hideout lol. Itd be nice to learn free aim but I'm not pvp inclined. My generation pvp was if you had 2 controllers and a friend over. Didnt even have slow internet dial up.
I love watching old guide videos from like two years ago and seeing that it all still applies because this game doesn't get substantial updates.

I would like to see a couple different builds:
1.) interested in a melee build. I’m thinking slipping bastard, damage card that boosts melee stats, card that reduces bullet damage while sprinting, and the short game card.
2.). For my sniper build I use slow and steady, marksmen, peak condition, and landons. I usually use the rolling block. It can knock most people out in one hit.
3.) for the dual wield, I was wondering if winning streak wouldn’t pair well with gunslingers choice. That way you are getting more and more damage out of the navy revolvers.
Thoughts?
1. Melee builds are useless now because shotgun will always kill you at close range...
2. You don’t have any cards to help you with health or deadeye. Three damage cards with the rolling block is a bit of an overkill. I would swap at least one of them. Either with unblinking eye or strange medicine.
3. Yes, you could definitely do that. Gunslingers choice + Winning streak + strange medicine would go amazing. Actually I might give this a try myself.

Great videos thank you. I just started using the slippery build. Very successful against a greifer. He thought I was cheating. Has anything changed for ability cards in the last year? Also, I fell victim to a player who was using the dead eye dynamite bazooka build. Now I know why they where so successful.
Which sidearm would be best for the slippery bastard build? I am using carcano and semi-auto shotgun. Should I use the little shotguns Mausers or navy revolvers for sidearms?

And can kill you in your camp or every save-space. idk what rockstar dos with all this discount-updates : ) same the offensive-mode & defensive -mode are broken .. AutoAim chaos. you never know if it works or why it doesn't work. it's a free aim game now ! : )

This is a really good video. I was happy to see you using Landon's Patience. People sleep on that card. For whatever reason, people think you have to wait 15 seconds in between shots to get the damage boost. Not true

I have almost the second build but I have hunker down instead of unblinking eye. I also use dual volcanic instead of Navy revolvers
I use slow and steady, fool me once, winning streak, and strange medicine. It’s very solid for literally any weapon type you want and You take less and less damage while doing more damage and healing.
Slippery B plus a single purpose + short game + a hammer machete or tomohawk = most fun ive ever had in any close quarters pvp situation.
I’m think of using the second build, but using slippery bastard as my dead eye card instead. Is that good or not? Or possibly slow and steady, fool me once, iron lung, and never without one for a op tank build

Good video but wich one is better navy revolver, or mauser pistol?
In my experience there are two ways to do the PIB quick fire meta. The first is aim, activate dead eye, and shoot all at the same time. This is the fastest method but very difficult bc it means you’re already aiming at the head. The second method is shown in the video and is very consistent but a little slower and will always get beaten by someone using the first method. Generally speaking tho, the closer you start to the head the less you have to drag resulting in faster firing.

Same. I do Slow and Steady, Gunslinger's Choice, Peak Condition, and Never Without One. Seems pretty brutish close quarters. I also only do Defensive free aim whenever possible.

Which build u recommend against griefers and pvp?Also i got a question why the hell sometimes i shoot some people and they take literally no damage and then they 1 shot me the,they using like a tank build with tier 3 health potions or my internet is trash and while im dead i still can shoot or something?
And I think this is why a lot of people stop making builds for Ability cards and combat cuz mostly Griefers actually uses these tactics this is what some UA-camrs don't really understand you think that you're helping but your not I give this video credit trying to help out but frankly you only causes more problems for the people oh well this gives some people a chance to abused it and kill a lot of people I know I will thank you for making builds like this to use against other people I know every Griefer I know it's going to have fun😄

SB build is nice but I would use Winning streak instead of LP do you get your bolas? back SS build is spot on I don’t use Unblinking eye I replace it with peak condition you and sometimes use Iron lung instead of gunslinger I don’t use PB only good for Shotguns or headshots

Hello! What's your opinion about Peak Condition for a sniper build? (Carcano rifle, Rolling Block rifle and dual sawn off shotguns) I am also using Slippery Bastard, Sharpshooter and Strange Medicine.
I am playing on the PC btw.
It's good but maybe swap strange medicine with unblinking eye. Without that card it's going to drain soooo fast.

Thanks for the video , really helps out alot! Can the same builds be used for defensive mode? I almost always play defensive , just doing my collectors items and daily's and stuff. So the only time im using it really is when peeps out of the blue shoot me🤣 then ill try to get even , so any builds for defensive mode you could recommend? Or is it pretty much the same? I find most higher lvl players can easy counter the slippery build these days i use PIB and whenever i see somone useing SB i just dynimate arrow them with improved bow or incendiary buckshot em if close
its pretty much the only thing to do after you have everything just experiment with those ability loadouts
My build atm is slippery, sharpshooter, iron lung and winning streak... Current weapon I use is the rolling block because apparently no one knows how to snipe on here 🤦🏻♂️

So, at the moment, a build with Slown n steady or Paint it black and winning streak, kick in the butt and strange medicine would be ok for pvp? I am undecided if use Kick in the butt/winning streak or fool me once.

I would like to be a lot tank but, at the same time, have a lot of dead eye back (as i know, for now, damage cards are pretty meh so i don't know even if winning streak is a good choice)
Usually i use Lancaster, Rolling Block(maybe i will change to Carcano) and two navy... but another question that i have is Volcanic pistol double shot to the body only with gunslinger choice?

Don't use kick in the butt with slow and steady. I feel like it doesn't work. Between the cards you suggested, strange medicine is the most superior in my opinion. Also try unblinking eye... It really does help the deadeye to drain slower.
Volcanics hit hard, but I think Navy is more reliable. I think the Lemats are pretty sweet as well but the reload is a piss take lol. Try it with all of them and see which one feels better for you :)

1: Is it good? (I'm using dual Navy Revolver 99% of the time)
2: Should I change Unblinking Eye with Strange Medicine? Or maybe change Gunslinger's or Winning Streak with anything else.
3. Is The Mauser better than the Semi-Auto Pistol? Or is it the other way around.
1. It’s good. If you found yourself dying a lot, swap one of the yellow cards with strange medicine.

I never really found slippery bastard good at all I’m level 31 and I was fighting a guy who was level 240 and he never managed to kill me and he had slippery bastard maxed out but a pump shotgun can still two tap him and it doesn’t miss.
I've recently just switched to free aim I use dual cattlemans pump action and Lancaster I've been using the aggro tank build you put in here but it's not working for me any tips also level 29
Cattleman’s don’t punch as hard as navy’s so that’s probably why or your playing to aggressive with the build
Hi sly thanks for the nice video but my painted black is Brocken because it’s tier 3 but it’s not painting enemies fast whenever I try to paint people in pvp they get a shot of me and I’m boom 💥 💀. So any ideas please.
It may not be broken more so your not doing it right , initaially if your on the head and then pop dead eye pib wont mark immediatly activate until you move the reticle
pretty sure it depends on the weapon. Like my shotgun marks at an alright speed, but my mausers marks incredibly fast.

Gift of focus is useless for slippery. I tried to time it with my friend Doyle and it didn't make any difference. (Still about 27 seconds of deadeye)

So i see you use the semi-auto shotgun most, is it really worth getting over say the pump-action or the repeating? or would those 2 be just as viable?
Yes. Because it shoots faster. Even though that it does less damage, It can still stun players, making them an easier target to kill. Double barrelled and pumpy are also solid choices. Pick the one that fits your playing style the most.
@@SlyJohn Another question regarding the tank build, why not run iron lung, i can see why you wouldn't use fool me once due to having strange medicine but iv seen almost all tank builds will run iron lung.
You could swap unblinking eye with iron lung but you will have to take more snake oils.
