Good job! Great video. I put the exact same Tactical Trigger parts in my 365 x macro this weekend (July 6, 2024). Interestingly I faced the same challenges you did. But, in the end, I have a fully functioning 365 x macro. My start point on the trigger was 4.75 pounds. After installation I’m between 4 and 4.25 pounds. I didn’t really want to lighten the trigger much and I am very pleased with the pull weight. The desired improvements came in way of trigger take up, elimination of some of the creep and a very crisp break. Overall I am pleased with the performance and, especially, the customer support. A great company to work with.

Good Job! With my fat fingers and old eyes, the little parts and tediousness of it I'm out!!! But I enjoy watching and learning how it's done!! Thanks

Understood. Don't tell anyone but I have a magnifying glass / light at my desk while working on these.

Sig Guy makes a useful tool for removing the plastic striker sleeve, it also aids re-installing the slide end cap. I used it to install a +20% striker spring to fix light primer strikes on range anmo. I also have the Mcarbo trigger shoe installed and the Armory Craft trigger spring kit, minus their striker spring. It definitely helped clean up and smoothen the action, made a more defined wall, smoothened out the creep and made a nice crisp break with a forceful reset. The OEM springs felt mushy and spongey with a weak sounding firing pin hit. The new springs fixed that.

Great video! My XMacro Comp has the Icarus Grip and full MCarbo internal upgrades, from Titanium Striker Assembly, Short Stroke Flat Trigger, Trigger Spring Kit and Extended Mag Release. I also run the DPM Recoil Reduction System. I’m coming up with on 5k rounds and she hasn’t missed a beat. I shoot weekly and I trust my modified gun with my life. In my experience, a modified gun has to be shot to determine its reliability. I did have a feeding problem with a barrel though. I went back to the stock barrel and that solved that issue. IMO, if a modification ups the performance of you weapon and increases you proficiency, do it and run it and maintain it. Again, great video. Thank you for sharing.

Spot on where you said, "a modified gun has to be shot to determine its reliability". Couldn't agree more. Thanks for watching

I would like more knowledge on the seer control spring. The plastic parts scare me. If modifying the gun means ditching plastic parts, he'll yes I'd carry a modified edc.. I like that metal seer you have.

Great job! My XMacro Comp is upgraded with the same grip, but has MCARBO Flat Trigger and spring kit & Titanium Striker Assembly. I put in the DPM Recoil Deduction System too . My trigger is pulling in much the same way, with a weight average around 4-4.5. I’ve put a little over 2500rds through it in its modified form. I drop into my range once a week for at least 50rds and I trust my gun with my life because I shoot it all the time. I guess the bottom line is, if you mod your gun and never shoot it to determine its reliability, how can it be trusted?

How has the titanium striker assembly been since installing it? Any light primer strikes?

@llend07 Such a great point you made. I too, should be confident in my changes as I am at the range at least once a week. Thanks for your input.

My issue with the sig pistols is the "rolling break". Is there anything out there that will get rid of that? M-carbo trigger and springs didn't.

This video and what he installed seems to fix that, very crisp break and reset after the spring swaps

@@jaxonlafitte5977 I don't think it did, if you watch around the 32:00 mark when he tests it, he says wall, and you can see it roll through the wall before he says there is the break.

      You’re right
      There’s still some
But it definitely improves a lot from before hand
I just bought the sig Fuse, and it is worse that his is initially ^
So I’ll see how it does for me, probably record a before and after
