American-Mexican and Tejano foods .. it's funny. Mexicans don't eat burritos..lol Tomatoes and potatoes are north American, not European. Pizza =American not Italian.?lol 😆
This is the most accurate vegan mexican dish I ever seen from a non mexican UA-camr! Thank you for that!!! I will try it for sure!! Cheers from Mexico, your home:)
Awesome to see you use the can the way my great-grandmother did she was the only person I ever saw do it she taught us! Delicious food 🥘 have to try it
This is lovely, thank you will be making. Guys could you explore the middle easter cuisine more some time. My friend is Armenian and she prepares AMAZING vegetable dishes. This is the taste we're not used to in Europe (all that cumin😆), and there's lots to try🥰
OMG I love your videos and I just subbed. My grandmother is Persian and I miss her food so much, but there's virtually no vegan Persian food except for their salads and breads haha. Would you lads be up for a challenge? Vegan Persian feast? 🙏
I am not Persian but in my search for trying other cuisines, I came across a Persian cooking book that seems to have decent vegetarian food that could be made vegan. The book is called “From a Persian Kitchen”
Those empanadas look delicious. I definitely need to try them. I know the sweet potatoes were used because of nutrition, but would it make a lot of difference to sub that out for a normal potato, or even another root veg like carrots or parsnip?
It won't make a difference. In Colombia we make them with white potato, red meat or chicken or vegan. We also use maize meal instead. It's great as it's gluten free and can be found in Asian shops or latinoamerican shops if there is any in your town in England.
@@tropical2733 thanks! I didn't think it would matter much, I just wanted to double check that playing around with the ingredients wouldn't affect the end product. 😊. I'm in Canada and on the East Coast root veggies are very easy to get and cheap. Is maize meal like what we would refer to as cornmeal (what Americans use for cornbread or grits) or more like the masa flour used for tortillas?
Potentially Zwilling non stick (PFOA-free coating) or Thermalloy: but I am in Canada so we have some different options. Check out a restaurant supply store for the best options :) (I love french steel).
I LOVE spicy food. I never noticed chilli seeds making food hotter. I leave them out though because I don’t like their texture. Always a nasty clumpy surprise to bite into one
These all look delicious and I am not hating, but I am disappointed.I must have heard wrongly, but I really thought I heard him say mojito.Did anyone else hear mojito?
I wish i could agree leaving out cheese and adding bread would be the trick to weight loss for those with diabetes or insulin resistance. Sadly, it is the other way round for some bodies, for sure.
You can cook all this delicious Mexican food and make us all hungry.....but the real question we all want to know is.....what have you done with your Brother!??? 🤷🏻♂️😳
It's great to see some Mexican food that isn't American-Mexican. Thanks for that. Thanks for showing every step too.
Delighted to hear thanks

Awesome video! Since you dabble into mexican food. Could you start a Latin American series? 🤩🤩
LOVE Mexican food! For me, empanadas (or anything that resembles a dumpling really😋) is an automatic winner!
Muy bien 😋! Saludos desde Mexico 🇲🇽

@@thefatvegan5008 it is not recommending anything, it is just explaining the varieties used in Colombia.
Yum!
Wich flour should I use if I want it glutenfree? would riceflour work?
Fantastic quick and easy recipes to add to my arsenal. Looks really tasty. Thanks a million. 😍

All this is new to me, I am not familiar with Mexican nosh so it is exciting times for me = Thank you !
Super stuff hope you enjoy
Can you please let me know what to eat white rice or brown rice which is healthy? Thanks
looks fantastic, guys. Could you add nutritional yeast in place of vegan cheese?
Sure thing thanks
You should really try mexican Enfrijoladas, and coconut ceviche or aguachile 👌🏼👌🏼
Do You have a recipe for sourdough bread ? Please. Thank you. Ooh and if you can tell me what brand is the pan and knife you’re using . Thanks again
Mexican here 😍 this looks delicious omg! Well done! Can't wait to try them all! Thank you 🍴

Do you loose all the course content when the 12 weeks are up?
Do you have any suggestions on types of pans to use (Teflon free) and where to get them? Thanks.
Buy ceramic coated pans

Yum ! Does your happy shape club cater to the Asian- Indian client profile..wld love to experience it.
Sure thing it does indeed thanks a mill
Wow!! These look so yummy! Definitely gonna make the empanadas.
Side note: You have such beautiful lashes :D
Could you add some nooch to the beans for some cheesy flavour or does that add too many calories?
Could I use wholemeal flour for the dough? Or would it be too heavy do you think?
Amazing 🤩
Thanks so much
Very nice 👍🏽

Fantastic 😍😍😍😍👌👌👌👌

Stop teasing me with all of your courses! The Happy Shape Club looks fantastic but I can't afford it right now... Fantastic recipe as always.
Thanks Thomas
Looks lovely though carb central. Vegan and low carb don't go well together sadly. I've had to revert to vegetarian.
WOW❣️😍😍😍
I LOVE spicy food. I never noticed chilli seeds making food hotter. I leave them out though because I don’t like their texture. Always a nasty clumpy surprise to bite into one
We learned in the comments its the white inside the chilli. Must try to take it out next time.
Where’s the other “dude”?! I hope okay!! 🙏🏻 Love your videos!
HI Steve, what happened to Dave? I miss seeing the PEAR of you together!
Thanks sorry he’ll be back next vid just been busy with other projects 👍🏼😄💚
Tar dude, dinner for tomorrow sorted
so cute--I love how shy he is about admitting that he's using tamari in the empanadas :) it would be weird if he didn't

this looks delicious but not mexican at all! great video tho.
Please don’t call that thing you made mole. Is nowhere near close.
