This recipe looks delicious. If people don't want the processed vegan cheese .. topping lasagne (and pizza) with hemp seeds is so yummy!! It's a great substitute for cheese.

I really love this calmer presentation style and the background music and photography is taking it to a new level. Reminds me a little of Gaz Oakley’s great channel. I made this tonight for meal prep for the week and it’s delicious!! My first time making a bechamel, as well. And soaking the lasagna pasta is a great tip! I wasn’t sure about the sweet potatoes, but they add such a richness and sweetness to the overall dish. So good…love your content, guys!!
I made it for new years eve and it turned out great. Very delicous and perfectly layered. I used normal Tofu instead of silken tofu because I could not get it. I just used more soy milk for the consistency.

It's a great idea to soak them. About how many noodles & boiled water for how many minutes. This is so important, bc I do not want to ruin them. They are pre cooked ones! Tks so very much ! Made this last night. It was gorgeous! Even my husband loved it and he doesn’t normally eat courgette! we still eat chicken sometimes and fish at the moment but I’d like to stop eating chickens, maybe fish too. I don’t really want to eat any animals! I also made your cheesy Quesadillas twice and that recipe is fantastic too. I do have a couple of vegan cook books but so far I’m loving your recipes more. Thank you so much for encouraging more people to eat less meat. So important for the planet right now. 💚

Hey S&D, just some feedback, do with it what you want of course :-) For me this new style of video (handheld, more cuts, glamour food closeups, voiceover) makes it harder to follow the recipe and any tips you have. The cooking and talking about the recipe feels disconnected in some way. I really liked the old, more static, setup. I may well be the only one, but then again I may not.
